We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and we would have no hesitation in coming back again.

We had a lovely weekend at this property. It had everything we needed and our children had a fantastic time and enjoyed to toys there. Lots to do in the surrounding area and Margate easy to get to. Nick was a great host.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

If you’re a creature of comfort, and enjoy relaxing in peaceful surroundings, then this is the perfect place. Set far from the main road on a farm, we felt in an oasis of serenity. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were ready for us and easily accessible, there were fresh hens eggs and marmalade left for us by Jane, and a small jar of fish food for the wildlife in the adjacent stream. The bathroom was stocked with essentials and towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable with weighted blankets. The large bedroom windows let in a huge amount of light as well as providing a lovely view. As well as the plethora of board games and jigsaws in the cottage, the games room out front had a ping-pong / pool table and other activities. Jane was very helpful and checked we had everything that we needed, we were made to feel well taken care of. With plenty of things to do and nature around us in every direction, we’ll definitely be repeat visitors.

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Clare and Toms house with my daughters and grandchildren. We had the most amazing stay at their house. It was the most beautiful house in a beautiful location , close to the beach and lots of lovely walks . None of us wanted to leave and would love to return and do some of the things we didn't do. We all loved the homely feel of their house and the luxury of a hot tub too ! Thank you Clare and Tom

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Johanna’s place is lovely, in a quiet neighbourhood and is in a very convenient location, she is a great host who catered to my last minute request, highly recommend!

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. We truly enjoyed our time here and did our best to take care of the place as if it were our own. Thank you for hosting us — we’d love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely property! The house has a high spec and everything you could need. The rooms were extremely comfortable and huge. The property also had a downstairs toilet and a lovely outside area. It is perfectly placed for the highstreet and local attractions. One neighbour was particularly warm and helpful too. Even though the property is near to the train station there was very little noise. Added touches were the digitial services (Netflix etc) as well as reliable wifi. James was a kind host and even left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us.

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in this great house. There were 7 of us (5 adults and 2children) and there was plenty of space. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and all 3 showers were excellent. The kitchen had everything you need for a weekend/holiday stay. The garden is large with lots of seating and space for children to play. It is only a couple of minutes from the amazing sandy beach and close enough to Rye to walk into the lovely town for coffee or a wander through the old town. Thank you for a great stay Ross.
