We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

De villa was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Paola is een geweldige host, nog nooit heb ik me zo thuis gevoeld. Paola is super behulpzaam, ze heeft ons zelfs meerdere malen naar de supermarkt gebracht. Ook hielp ze met het reserveren van restaurants en leuke hotspots in de buurt. Zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Supermooie buiten ruimte, prachtige kamers, fijne airco en mooie patio waar je in de ochtend en in de avond lekker in de schaduw van de parasol kan zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig: keukengerei, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en meer. Fijne douches en fijne bedden. Castelnuovo di Porto is een rustig dorpje, een auto is wel aan te raden. Zelf gingen we met de bus vanaf het dorp (4 minuten lopen) naar Saxa Ruba en vanaf daar met de trein naar Rome, super goed te doen! Al met al willen we Paola bedanken, we hebben nog nooit zo’n vriendelijke host meegemaakt. Zij, haar man, de prachtige villa en hun lieve paard hebben de vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

Appartamento grazioso, ristrutturato con cura, spazi sfruttati molto bene. C’è una scala ripida con gradini stretti in vetro e ferro che porta alla camera da letto, lo sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di articolazioni o agilità. Letto molto comodo, appartamento ben equipaggiato Enrico è gentile e sempre reattivo

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

Alessandro è stato gentilissimo sempre disponibile per ogni cosa,ci ha suggerito un posto fantastico per le mie cagnoline e siamo stati benissimo 😊

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Sono tornato qui dopo essermi trovato benissimo alla prima esperienza e ci tornerei ancora

Vi (to voksne og to børn på henholdsvis 7 og 9 år fra Danmark) boede i Paolas smukke hus i 9 dage og var meget begejstrede for opholdet. Paola gav gode forslag til udflugter i nærområdet (også til regnvejrsdage) og fandt legetøj frem, som vores børn kunne bruge, når vi badede i den dejlige pool, som har den smukkeste udsigt over Orte. Huset ligger langt fra anden beboelse, og da vi boede der havde vi hele grunden for os selv. Så der er masser af privatliv, og det er kun hyggeligt, at man kan høre køerne, som befinder sig tæt på ejendommen. Vi besøgte den charmerende by Narni, hvor vi på Paolas anbefaling gik en flot tur ved floden. Vi drog desuden på udflugt til vandfaldene i Terni samt Orvieto, som virkelig er et besøg værd. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang! Tak for alt, Paola.

Je recommande ce logement, il est bien situé et Simone sera vous conseiller si vous avez besoin d’aide. En plein milieu du centre-ville, vous trouverez facilement de bon restaurant.

We had an amazing time in Beautiful villa in Todi. The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. The villa was beautiful and very clean-we found all we needed and much more. There is a supermarket in 5 drive minutes and cooking at the villa and eat in front of beautiful view was wonderful. The pool was big and amazing. Fabrizio and his lovely wife were very helpful and communication with Fabrizio was very easy. We stayed with two other couples with children and all of us agreed that is was an unforgettable vacation. We highly recommend the villa ,don't miss it!!!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

Paolo ed i suoi genitori sono persone meravigliose. Il Signor Mariano ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza portandoci a visitare anche il suo piccolo Museo di storia contadina, un valore aggiunto di questo indimenticabile soggiorno. La casa è bellissima e confortevole con una vista mozzafiato su tranquille montagne e splendidi tramonti. Il giardino, a pochi metri dall'abitazione, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è perfetto per trascorrere serate sotto il cielo stellato provando a scorgere i numerosi animali dei boschi. Quella nella loro casa è sicuramente una vacanza all'insegna della pace e del relax, con l'opportunità di poter raggiungere moltissimi punti di interesse per gli amanti della natura e dei piccoli borghi di montagna, che in Abruzzo sono davvero caratteristici e non hanno nulla da invidiare alle più note località montanare del nord d'Italia. Un ulteriore plauso va anche agli abitanti del borgo di Montesabinese, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.
