Grèce : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Ich war ins den ersten zwei Wochen vom Oktober 2024 in Nea Skioni. Es war eine tolle Zeit – Touristen gab es kaum noch. Maria hat mich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und mir alles erklärt. Den Strand hatte ich für mich alleine, und die Temperaturen waren immer noch sommerlich. In den Ort sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß – das ist aber garnicht schlimm, denn der Weg ist schön und die Restaurants lecker. Normalerweise reist man wohl mit dem Mietwagen an. Ich war aber ohne und habe daher hier noch drei Tipps: Shuttleservice vom Flughafen: shuttledirect, Fahrer und Auto waren top. Dann hatte ich mir einen Scooter geliehen (5 Tage minimum), der zu Maria geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt wurde: chalkidiki-automoto. Wenn man ein Taxi braucht, einfach Maria fragen. Sie hat Visitenkarten von Nikolaos. Man bekommt sehr schnell verbindliche Antwort. Auch hier Fahrer und Auto top. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Maria – ich habe mich wunderbar erholt und nichts vermisst. Stefanie

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

A great host, a lovely person, who entered our hearts, helps in everything. The apartment was clean and cozy, it has everything you need The complex itself has outdoor showers, sunbeds, swings, a hammock and a grass area for children to run around in a closed complex that is pleasant for families. Really close to the sea, a walk of about 50 steps. Close to the center of Kabus for the grocery store and the main attractions Very recommend

Villa Oliv was a lovely place for our family and we loved calling it home during our stay! The house is just as described and Claudia was so attentive and responsive. The pool was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the openness of the home.

David was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and responsive. Can't recommend the place enough, beautiful location and views.

Everything was as a described, with a perfectly clean house (there was even twice a week changing of bed linen/towels, plus cleaning). Location is perfect, as it is in the middle of the island and within walking distance of arguably the best beach and restaurant in Tinos. Would stay again.

Η κα Πολίνα ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και πάντα πολύ φιλική. Μας έστειλε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για να βρούμε το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ εύκολη η επικοινωνία. Το σπίτι ήταν παραμυθένιο και πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία. Η παραλία είναι απάνεμη και η θάλασσα καθαρή. Αν θέλετε ένα ήσυχο μέρος να περάσετε τις διακοπές το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wir hatten eine außergewöhnlich schöne Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, so dass die Kinder ohne Gefahr dort spielen konnten und der Garten, der das Haus umgibt, war sehr schön (alte Olivenbäume, Pinien und sogar die ein oder andere Schildkröte wurde gesichtet). Das Haus ist sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben vor allem die vordere Terasse sehr genossen (toller Platz für einen Kaffee in der Morgensonne). Da wir im Oktober da waren, haben wir den Schatten, den es dort im Verlaufe des Tages gibt nicht so sehr benötigt, im Sommer ist dies jedoch bestimmt super! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was für uns sehr erholsam war. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch unverzichtbar. Wir waren damit viel unterwegs, denn die Strände von Sithonia sind unglaublich schön, damit haben wir so nicht gerechnet... Danke an Suzanna und Dafne, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Un séjour parfait grâce à Stéfani et Antonis qui ont été d’une gentillesse extrême et d’un accueil remarquable. Malgré une arrivée tardive en soirée, Stefani était présente pour nous installer dans les lieux. L’appartement est superbe, conforme aux photos, ainsi que l’environnement privatif et le roof top. Le personnel d’entretien était d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion très appréciable, merci beaucoup à eux. Merci à Stefani et Antonis pour ces deux semaines passées chez eux et nous reviendrons très rapidement pour profiter plus encore de la Crète et de cet endroit vraiment très accueillant.

We had a wonderful stay at Yulia's place. The place was nice and clean. The terrace was spacy and the facilities good. Yulia was very quick to respond when we had some questions. The madresses and pillows could be softer but that will always be a matter of taste. We were very satisfied and would recommend Yulia and her place.

We stayed for a week as a group of three in this charming village, where the welcome was incredibly warm. The accommodation is a lovely house with a stunning view. The small pool was a real treat, especially for cooling off during the hot late afternoons. We felt as comfortable as we would at home. Nearby, you'll find three tavernas with friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. I highly recommend this accommodation, where you will be warmly welcomed and given excellent advice on beautiful places to explore. A big thank you to Candice and Tania for this beautiful house, your kindness, and excellent advice.

Close to a nice beach and bus stop for a 10 min trip into town. We were able to walk to get anything we needed. Although unit was sparsely equipped and kitchenette was tiny we were able to create a meal or two. Hosts were great and helpful, providing directions and assistance immediately upon request. Pool is tiny but cute. We would stay again

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle fotografie ed è molto carina, moderna, funzionale e comoda. Molto bello e fruibile lo spazio esterno (solamente un po’ troppo esposto al sole, per un paio d’ore, la mattina). Zona molto tranquilla, ma con ristoranti a due passi. Accesso al mare sotto l’abitazione solo con scarpette da scoglio. Consiglio di aggiungere qualche stoviglia (bicchieri, piatti, posate) in quanto erano in numero troppo esiguo. Nel complesso un’ottima soluzione, anche per famiglie (noi eravamo in 4)

The house is beautiful and perfect for whoever seeks privacy and peace of mind. It’s located amidst olive trees and the sea. Mirella is a great host. Hope I will get the chance to come back.

Geweldige host, perfecte locatie, mooi huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt, zee voor de deur, restaurantjes in het dorpje. We vonden het super! <3

Nina was very responsive and Rebecca greeted us when we arrived, and also had bought us a local snack! The room was beautiful and clean. It’s a small space and perfect for a romantic and cozy night in. The jacuzzi wasn’t able to be filled up due to the wind which was a bummer for us as we booked just for that, but we enjoyed the beach access (so close!) and the Netflix on the TV in the room. It was winter when we stayed. It was a lovely as beautiful stay and we’ll be back to enjoy the jacuzzi and the beach again.

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.
