A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

Appartement parfait, très bien rénové et parfaitement équipé. Bien situé, à 15 mn à pied de la vieille ville et du port vénitien. Très bonne communication. En conclusion, nous conseillons vivement cet appartement à qui souhaite passer des vacances à Rethymnon.

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend staying here for your next visit in Crete. The home is immaculate. I love that every room has its own bathroom and shower. The view is so beautiful, every morning I would gasp. The owner is so kind, responsive and helpful. Loved eating at the restaurants below. Walking to town was beautiful and only about 20-30 minutes. 10 din 10. Totul a fost la superlativ. Ms Georgia este o gazdă minunată, am avut o comunicare foarte bună și de încredere. Locația este top, direct pe plajă. Răsăritul soarelui îl poți vedea chiar din pat!!! Nu am cuvinte să descriu cat de frumos a fost, cat de mult ne-a plăcut, pot mărturisi ca ne-am încărcat bateriile. A fost exact ce am căutat pentru câteva zile de relaxare, liniște, oameni prietenoși și amabili. Căsuța este super curată, utilată cu tot ce ai nevoie, foarte bine îngrijită. Chiar dacă a fost extrasezon, pot spune ca sunt destule locații unde poți mânca, pește proaspăt, fructe de mare, deserturi traditionale grecești, unde poți să bei o cafea de specialitate. Ce să mai zic, revenim cu siguranță. Mulțumim, Ms Georgia! Pentru tot. Recomand cu mare drag! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…… :)

Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Ce grand appartement, spacieux et baigné de lumière, est un véritable havre de paix. Ses trois étages offrent une intimité bienvenue, permettant à chacun de s’isoler à son gré. La superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer invite à la détente et donne envie d’y passer des heures. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, et l'accueil chaleureux d'Alexandros a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : les douches, un peu exiguës, comme c'est souvent le cas sur les îles grecques.

C'est un endroit magnifique, au bout du monde. Vraiment un dépaysement total. La communication avec notre Hôte a été parfaite, pleine de sympathie. Nous avons apprécié la délicate attention : boissons et petits gâteaux. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

This studio has a far better verandah and view than the pictures show . It is a wonderful place to stay ! Great space cleverly designed to fit it all into a small space . Light bright and close to all of the port bars and restaurants . Parking close too . Book a small car for ease . Bed big and comfortable . Swimming at bottom of steps right below us was fabulous . Giannis is a great host , responsive and helpful . Amorgos our favorite island and this studio the best accomodation there .

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Apartment ist optimal. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer, genau so wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Angelo und seine Mama waren tolle Gastgeber und haben bei Fragen sofort reagiert. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Great small place, that was bigger than I was expecting. Near the beach and walkable to many nearby restaurants. Anna was super helpful and able to let us check in early after a long travel day which was really appreciated.

Sahil hattında çok güzel restoranlar vardı Maria bize tavsiyelerde bulundu. Kahve ve kurabiyeler koymuştu. Kokulu mumlar vardı. Çok güzel bir haftasonu tatili geçirmiş olduk. Teşekkür ederiz.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
