We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful also.

Our stay here was great! It was very clean & nice furniture. The view was gorgeous. Everything was great and just what we needed! You do have to pay for a wifi plan, but it's only $4.95 for 24 hours. Check in was very easy as well.

The house was perfect! Everything was incredibly clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. Hot tub was such an amazing end to every day. We will be back!

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but mostly stocked well and we had brought a lot from home. The beds were comfortable and everything went really well! The unit is not river-facing, but we were just a short walk from riverside benches and picnic tables, and a hot tub. The pool is a great option - the playground was maybe a little small for our 3.5 year old, but it was something to do. We walked one night up to highway 36 for dinner, there were several options within walking distance. Also a little mini golf place. Otherwise, we drove into downtown which was not far and the visitor center has a free parking garage. We loved how quiet and out of the way the complex was, and how close to the entrance for RMNP, which we did one day. We would stay here again - lots of fun and a nice getaway!

Susan was a gracious and responsive host who made us feel right at home on her beautiful property! The views as incredible, it is quiet and peaceful, and we loved being able to see life on the farm!

Judy’s place was excellent! Walkable distance to bars, restaurants and grocery stores, and I used the hot tub, gym and pool table in the facility every day! Would certainly go back next time I’m in town!

The place was wonderful—quiet, peaceful, and in a great location near Boulder. The view from the apartment was lovely, and despite working nights, I had no trouble sleeping during the day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

This is a really cool spot and location. It felt more like a hotel in my opinion but it was extremely clean and Gina was awesome! She communicated quickly and we had no issues.

Jocelynn's place felt right at home! Check in was easy and Jocelynn provided a few great hikes to help us finalize our plans. The kitchen was a BIG plus for us. She had lots of pots, pans, and other cookware available to use, which definitely made it easier to eat healthy meals. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air on the patio. If you're planning on spending time in Boulder, I definitely recommend this place, especially if you plan on spending lots of time hiking. It was a welcome retreat from the woods. :)

Beautiful condo. Very clean and specious, Robert is a great host , communication with him was a pleasure. Great place for families as well as your base for hiking( right at the entrance to RMNP ) . Would definitely stay there again !!!

The location was on the outer skits of Estes Park, which was great. We were close enough to everything we needed, including restaurants, groceries and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood was quiet and the back patio was private. Each bedroom was nicely furnished as was the living room and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Nataliya’s communication was proactive, prompt, clear, and courteous. The condo was clean and well appointed. There were many small thoughtful touches. The location was super convenient for my work trip to boulder, an 8 minute walk to my work site.

This was an ideal place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. It's within minutes of the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park downtown area. Sidharth had excellent communication with us before, during and after our stay. We took his recommendation for burgers at the gas station and were pleasantly surprised--they were great!

The place is very nice inside and the little creek in front of it was charming. The resort had some of their amenities not available such as the gym, which they did not communicate to the owner in advance. Lorie, the owner was very helpful in trying to get us a later checkout to make up for it.

Emily is a wonderful host! She’s a very good communicator and quick to respond to any questions. She is also very respectful of the space and your privacy.

Great space and plenty of room for our large group! Nice neighborhood and easy to get to Fort Collins where we had family. Plenty of activities under an hour to get to!

We had Christmas with three generations all together. The house was beautifully decorated for the season. Spacious accommodations with room to spread out. Wonderful big dining room table for Christmas dinner.

Alexei’s is the sweetest and kindest person. She and her fur family greeted us with open arms. As for the place , it's very clean and comfortable. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom is clean and the water is perfectly hot after a long day of work. Alexei’s invited us back and I booked ,again ,since I am a federal flagging assignment.

I had an amazing stay! Phil and his wife were very greeting, understanding and helpful! I felt as if I was in my own home, it was so comfortable! The private location and safe community was perfect, Phil communicated with me and got back to me as soon as possible with any questions! If you’re in the area and looking for an amazing host and beautiful home this is the place! I will be back In the future, thank you so much!

Such an amazing and relaxing experience. So quiet and peaceful. We loved having our coffee and breakfast outside watching the chickens! Thank you again, Annie! I hope we can stay with you again sometime :)

Nicholas and Laura were so very kind and helpful. They made my stay so easy. I had a last minute need for a safe and peaceful place to sleep and shower while spending my days at the hospital. This was the perfect place.
