Very awesome stay. Privat gym and very close to all the cool things.

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

My stay in Cape Town was absolutely beautiful. I felt safe the entire time, and the building itself exceeded my expectations. The amenities were excellent, the security was top-notch, and I loved how conveniently located everything was—so many of the places I wanted to visit were just a short walk away. Situated on Bree Street, the apartment is in a pristine and vibrant part of the city that made it ideal for me as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend both the building and the apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town. When I return, I’ll absolutely look forward to rebooking and staying in this wonderful area again.

The place is so beautifully decorated and the location is nestled away so nicely you forget that you are close to a mall or highway. Will definitely try to come again.

It was a great place to be, so convenient walkable distance to the city, Lukman was so friendly and welcoming, would also love to visit the place again and i can recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our time in Grant & Jan’s place, they provided everything we needed and more. The check-in was easy, Kim was there to welcome us and was always available for anything we needed. She’s a very kind host. The kitchen had all the necessities and extras, the place was clean with extra linen provided.

We had am amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Capetown.

The studio apartment was neat and met our needs perfectly. The gym provided enough equipment to remain active over our stay. The complex security was excellent and the parking was extremely safe. Highly recommend.

Das Appartment im 29. Stock in der Bree Street 16 ist super. Die Ausstattung ist modern und der Ausblick direkt auf den Tafelberg und Lions Head sind atemberaubend. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man in Cape Town zentral wohnen will.

The stay in Marius flat was great. The apartment has a breathtaking view over the city and everything was clean. The rooftop pool is also cool. Check-in went easy via a key box and questions were answered quickly.

Great stay in the waterfront - amazing location, safe and convenient with parking and a lovely housekeeper. Apartment is very well looked after and well maintained - highly reccomend!

Had another great stay in Cape Town at Agata’s apartment, it’s a great location, just a short walk to the V&A with some lovely restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Agata is a fantastic host who responds to requests or questions very quickly.

It was a very pleasant stay and we had a very good time. I will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Green Point.

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. I had no problems with power outages and the internet was always available, which was important for me and my work. Thank you Paul and Christa for letting me be your guest!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Nick is an excellent host. His home is very welcoming and it had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy food, it has all the condiments, spices, coffee, tea, dishwashing and clothes washing stuff we needed. It’s our first time in an Airbnb and we were blown away by how it had everything and felt so at home. The garden and pool was great for the sunny afternoons and the braai was great in the evenings. I would highly recommend Nicks place!

What a great stay and the perfect end to a very busy trip. Bettina has been very responsive and helpful. Sim, the house manager was fantastic and so very helpful. We also decided to book a private chef which was even a better decision to end a holiday. Bettina recommended a great Chef (Sim as well hihihi) who prepared great diners and breakfast it was just fabulous. Thank you for your hospitality and we may make this a yearly trip :) hope the house will be available next time. Dalia and family!

We stayed there with a party of 14 for my brother's 50th birthday. What a nice place and what an amazing view! Hesitating to book this place? Don't as you won't be disappointed!
