We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. The house had plenty of space for our group, providing everyone with room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal – just a short drive to the heart of Moab, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. Overall, this Airbnb was a perfect base for our trip to Moab. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient place to stay in the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Wonderful stay. Everything is clean and made us feel right at home. A fun warm cozy home to hang out and build memories.

It had all the amenities listed, and some extra amenities that we didn't expect—games, blankets, towels, barbecue equipment, orange juice and milk in the fridge, and much more. Where you park is far enough from the road to keep your pets safe, and our two dachshunds loved running around in the fenced yard.

We loved staying at the Guest House at the Switch Yard! It is like a welcome visit to grandma’s house, complete with a candy dish just like grandma has. The host has thought of everything, including treats for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Janis offered many great tips on the local area.

Great place to stay! Close to everything, and great for families, especially with a dog. The community pool was great, and we loved having a hot tub to unwind in at the end of a long day of hiking.

House was beautifully decorated with the Moab adventure type theme. The neighborhood was outstanding and the addition of a hot tub made the cool nights warm! Five Stars accommodations for sure.

We had a great stay!. The place was a perfect home base for our activities. Allison was very responsive and kind. They were really thoughtful about the supplies in the townhouse like offering plenty of towels, make up wash clothes, a few laundry pods, a few plastic forks or spoons for on the go. The beds are super soft. If you like a soft mattress these beds are for you! Tankless water heater so we never ran out of hot water. Parking was more than sufficient. The place was secure and clean. The hot tub was fun in the evening after a long day of outdoor activities. Overall really beats camping. lol. I highly recommend.

Rob was very helpful with clear instructions and was proactive in his communication. The location of the condo is in a great place close to a lot of activities.

If you are looking for a place with a lot more room than any hotel room can provide this is a great choice.Felt like being at home when we were done sightseeing for the day.Plenty of room for a family to hang out on the first floor or have your privacy upstairs in one of the bedrooms.

Our group of seven was very comfortable! The kitchen made meal prep convenient. The 2 1/2 baths is a bonus. Great place!

Richards place was the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of adventures. Very peaceful. I had thought about getting a place in downtown moab to be a few minutes closer to the park entrances, but I am glad I did not. Downtown is bustling and noisy. Richards was restful.

This place was awesome! The hosts on site were amazing and helped us out when the power went out, they went above and beyond for my kids and gave them special lights! Place was beautiful, clean, comfortable after active days in Arches National Park. Views were beautiful, our kids loved the heated pool and we loved the hot tub! Met other friendly folks with kids and felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Will be booking again in the future!

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

There was some confusion upon check-in regarding a previous tenant, but overall a pleasant night’s rest on a long journey. I appreciated the last-minute booking approval.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was remote and part of the journey is on unpaved road — but easy to find, and the surroundings were beautiful. Comfortable beds! Plenty of cooking tools and spices in the cabinets. Great outdoor fire pit, amazing for stargazing on a clear night. Deer everywhere, such a beautiful sight. Good wifi. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway about 30 minutes from Moab.

A great dog friendly townhome in a great location. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture and decor with nice kitchen supplies.

This is a great, peaceful location in an area that can be very busy. Kim was super helpful and gracious when we needed to make a change to our reservation. The house is clean and very comfortable—cozy living room, comfortable beds, extra chairs, extra blankets. The kitchen and the bathroom are basic, not luxury accommodations but provides everything needed—plenty of silverware, coffee, cooking basics, ample breakfast ingredients to cook, extra towels, comfortable pillows, blackout curtains, and other helpful touches. The heaters in each room were perfectly effective but some took a bit of fidgeting with the remotes to get them to work. The patio is great, though a little smaller than it looks like in the pictures. Plenty of chairs, which is super nice! When we finished dinner, we realized that there was no dishwasher soap, but we texted the local caretaker and some pods were delivered the next day. So very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again!

After a rocky start, the place was great. Good size unit, good location, good amenities, good communication, directions, support, etc. The rocky start was we missed some fine print about dog size and hot tub being closed for maintenance and wanted to cancel after 5 mins booked, to no avail. Dealing with a large rental corporation has some advantages and disadvantages and flexibility isn’t one of their advantages. We extended a day and had issues with an expired pin pad but they were able to fix quick. The TV doesn’t have normal broadcast channels which made it so we couldn’t see the ball dropping on new years…kind of a bummer. Otherwise, all good!

My family of six plus our lab mix dog came and stayed here for 2 days. My kids loved staying up in the loft. The surrounding common areas were great! Wonderful fire pit, grill barbecue, pizza oven, a fenced area for dogs to play. Shout out to Trevor who works there and was super friendly and helpful with our dog. The only thing I would say as an improvement there was no hair dryer and it took a while to dry my son’s hair. On a separate note: be mindful of the weather. Our day at Arches was great but when we came back there was a wind storm of sorts and it shook the loft really fierce. I don’t blame the establishment at all but just check the weather and keep it in mind.
