This is a near new or brand new 2-story duplex with 2 br/2.5 ba very spacious nice layout. Tall ceilings. Even though new, everything has been 100% finished. We liked the home's location next to the ocean and central to Marsh Harbour. Had great conversations with local friendly Bahamians in neighborhood tiki bars etc. We Used taxi's. Walked neighborhood for views and drinks & food. We did not have time to try the ocean or any beaches near here. Better access to entire city & island had we rented a car. Loved the ferry! Will return.

My boyfriend and I really loved our stay here—the unit was large and had a wonderful crossbreeze when you opened the windows, the complex had a pool, and it was like a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Plus, the price is just right :)

We've just returned from our stay at Wendell's unit at Treasure Cay Beach villas, and had a great time. Proximity to the beach, pool, cafe and convenience store were awesome. The unit was clean and well-stocked, perfect for the two of us. We ate at Treasure Sands Club and Sunset Pizza, both were great. We'll be back!

Our stay at Molly’s place was more than we could ask for. Great location close to Bahama Beach Club and the access to the boat slip was great. The entire condo was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Molly was super accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Josephine's Airbnb and had a fantastic experience! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again my next time in Marsh Harbor!

We had so much fun staying the week at the condo! It was so peaceful and the dock was awesome to have with a boat. If we had any questions, Calvin was very helpful. The best time!

My colleagues and I recently returned from a 2 day stay at Dennis' Air bnb after previously staying the week prior! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here -so much so we are planning to return on vacation! This place is EVEN more beautiful in person! The air bnb was quiet and felt like the perfect vacation home! The host was helpful but gave the necessary space needed. We also loved the little thoughtful additions like to go coffee cups and lite snacks. This place is truly a GEM!! Looking forward to my return.

We stayed at Thomas's villa for 12 nights and would return in a heartbeat. The villa was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The villa is steps away from the beach - which was beautiful!

It is a clean house with everything needed in the kitchen and sits in a great location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. I'd be happy more than happy to return to this Airbnb on a future trip.

Christy was an amazing host and was very responsive to communications. The property was hygienic, the amenities abundant, and in pristine condition. If you're looking for some time in paradise, the area is amazing and will fulfill your needs.

What a tranquil and beautiful place with all you need close by. The recommendations before our trip allowed us to prepare our stay with groceries and essentials put in the condo before we even got there. A golf cart is the best mode of transportation if you don’t want to venture far from the condo.

Staying in Jacqueline’s home was divine! The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully furnished and appointed. She had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house is meticulously maintained including the beautiful landscaping around the house. The beautifully appointed kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pretty bed and pillows are very comfy. The linens and towels were spa worthy. All of the furniture is very pretty and comfortable. The gorgeous beach is steps away and the beach view from our patio/house was so serene and peaceful. The pool and wonderful little community is much prettier in person than pictures can show. An added plus is Martha, the property manager, who is delightful and so helpful with anything you might need. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely beautiful as the house is just a 30 second walk from the beach. Martha was wonderful and helped us get a rental car. The house is very clean, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb homes I’ve been to. I was surprised to see there was no information left of detailed restaurants, outings, etc. We basically had to figure that stuff out by googling, which is fine but this is something that stood out as something that could have helped. If you rent here, you will definitely need a car and we didn’t know this until we got there. Other than that, the location is 10/10 if you are looking for true beauty and peace.

This was our second time staying at Vinisha's place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. it was nice and peaceful, close to other amenities and Vinisha was a gracious host. Definitely recommend.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The condo was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The Ed and his wife were extremely accommodating and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect, close to many shops and cafes. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Marsh Harbor, Abaco Bahamas area.

We had a great trip and stayed at three different places, but Kim's place was the highlight of our trip. Treasure Cay and the apartment are far more beautiful than can be seen in any photos. Most of the places on Treasure Cay are not beachfront like this unit. You can walk out 20 feet and be on the beach, there is a grill, which we used daily while enjoying our view. Treasure Cay is fairly big, this unit is located on a calmer end that was better fit for our 3-year-old to play in. It's also right next door to a restaurant on the beach. To top it off, Kim and her team couldn't have been more helpful. Anything we asked, they were there to help. We can't wait to come back.
