The Farm House was adorable! The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean! Great history of the home and farm too! Rescued and restored and saved the land from condos! ❤️

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

This was a great escape after a small flood in our house left us with no water for a few days during Thanksgiving weekend. The host is super responsive and helpful, the interior of the house is updated and the views are great! Thank you again, Ada! One thing to note for people with ambulatory issues is that there's quite a few stairs to reach the entrance.

Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.

She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

My friends and our children had a wonderful and fun time at this beautiful and peaceful home! While going away to Legoland, we decided to stay local and spend a couple of days relaxing in Warwick. This home was the perfect spot! There was plenty room for our children to play around and enjoy while playing ping pong, foosball, and drawing by the fire place. The backyard has a mini forest and with warm weather you could get to enjoy their pool. The house is located near lovely restaurants, farms, and delicious ice cream parlors. We will definitely would love to come back! The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend it!

We have stayed at a lot of AirBnBs over the years, and this is one of the absolute best! The natural light in the mornings floods the place and brings a sense of warmth to what is already an incredibly warm environment. The decor is beautiful, from the lighting to the photography and pottery. RJ and John were very responsive and helpful, and we took their recommendations on a couple restaurants and hikes which were wonderful. It is ideally located with Pound Rodge, Bedford, Ridgefield and other towns a short drive (usually 10-15 minutes at the most). We will absolutely try to book sweetbriar guesthouse again when visiting Pound Ridge.

Beautiful house and property. My family and I had a great time at Lisa's house. Lots to do w/o even leaving the grounds, but when we did venture out there are great local places to eat and keep entertained. Lisa was very responsive and helpful, and I would visit again. Thanks Lisa

Staying at Mark’s historical cabin was a true privilege. The charm and character of the place made it a unique experience, and the fact that it’s just 20 minutes from Manhattan made it even more special. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures — cozy, clean, and full of character. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to the city!

Aankomen in de accomodatie na een lange vlucht voelde als thuiskomen. Gezellige studio met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het extra bedje was ook opgemaakt voor onze zoon. Er was koffie, thee, zeep, shampoo, conditioner, kamerjassen, oordopjes, oorstokjes, enz. Veel extra´s dus, zeer leuk en je hoeft dit dus niet meer mee te zeulen in je bagage. De buurt was ´s nachts erg rustig en toch ben je dichtbij Manhattan. Op 14 minuten sta je in de Path terminal die je in 20 minuten naar hartje Manhattan brengt. De eerste nacht hadden we last van een tikkend geluid, dit bleek de verwarming te zijn. Die zet je dus best af. Ons verblijf verliep voor de rest perfect. Dianna reageert ook snel bij vragen. De perfecte host!

Rio was a really friendly and helpful host and his cottage was very cute in a lovely area surrounded by trees and great walks and hikes. We made s'mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the quiet, and explored a few towns nearby. Great weekend!

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.

The place was nice and clean as advertised. Host was very responsive. I would recommend this spot.
