Convenient to downtown and UGA campus. New building with lots of space. Mostly housing students. Beds are doubles not queens.

Very nice and clean. Everything looks just like the pictures. We will visit again soon. Kendra is a great host

Exactly as described. Please was convenient and the public spaces including the rooftop game room and pool are gorgeous. We also indulged in the restaurant in the building on the first night.

We loved our stay! Kendra was very nice, and responded extremely quick. The place was as advertised and even more spacious in person. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out instructions given were very clear. Would recommend this stay to anyone on a weekend trip!

Great place

Overall we had a great time! Kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of towels and soaps etc. parking was a little bit of a surprise being a .3 mile walk to the closest parking lot.. we ended up parking behind the building and hiking up the hill to get to to front of the unit. Location was super nice, we only drove one time to go to the farmers market. The rest of the time we walked everywhere. At night it was a little hard to sleep with the lack of shades so the lights from the units across the road were super bright in our unit. Beds weren’t very comfortable but we had plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall I would recommend!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Very easy to find and very responsive host! Highly recommend!

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

Great location, it was very easy to explore downtown Athens. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have on-site parking. It very much has a hotel feel, though we rarely saw other guests. Overall it was pretty quiet, and well-maintained. The only minor complaint would be that the garbage truck stops at the fish place next door about 6AM some days. That will wake you up! Overall a good place, we would definitely consider staying staying here our next time in Athens.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Beds are comfortable as well as sofa. We had everything we needed for our parents weekend stay for 2 couples. We walked to everything downtown, easy in and out parking for our event that was further out. There is noise at night (Athens doesn't sleep!) but that didn't bother us. We used the sound machine on our phones and slept great! Front desk staff is also friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay for a busy weekend! Megan and Jeff were wonderful hosts and their home is just gorgeous! We hope to be back next year...without falling down!

Natasha's place is absolutely beautiful and extremely peaceful. I was in Athens for a medical procedure and her place was the perfect place to recover. It was so nice to sit and enjoy all the wildlife right on the lake. If you're ever in Athens Natasha's place is definitely a must and please try The National restaurant, the food and drinks are amazing.

Our moms & kids spring break on Lake Sinclair at this rental was amazing! There were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy - paddleboarding, kayaking, sunning on the deck, lawn games, board/video/bball games, pickleball at the community center, long walks and fireside chats in the evening. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather which certainly helped, but lots to do for all ages. The nearest town is drive, so having all of our groceries and meals planned was key. We didn't have to drive for several days, which was a huge perk and change for us moms. We did venture into downtown Milledgeville for some shopping and lunch on a cooler day, which was fun. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Next visit we hope to rent a pontoon boat and enjoy the lake more!

Derek was more the helpful from start to finish. There was nothing I didn't need he didn't have or went out and got. Very respectful and all around great guy. The place it self fit every need I had for my trip and will definitely book again. 5 stars🌟

The Scholar is stunning! The view is like a living painting. Honestly it’s the kind of thing you have to see to understand. The walls of windows showcase a breathtaking and peaceful view. So much wildlife to watch. The house has so many unique and cool spaces and the back part by the bedroom closes off from the kitchen and living areas, so if you have littles, they can go to bed and not be disturbed by the activity in the other end of the house! The vintage touches were very cool. We definitely want to stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed and felt like home away from home. Will definitely visit again during the Summer!
