The host Cheryl was amazing.... she communicated with us and was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Can't say enough good things.

Beautiful location on Lake Oconee with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Similarly inside, game room with Pool table/Ping-pong table and plenty of games. Bedrooms were spacious and the house was immaculate. If we need to stay near Lake Oconee again, we definitely hope to stay here again.

Lovely house, well maintained with all the amenities you could need. Gabriel is an excellent host and highly responsive. We had a perfect short stay at the lake with our friends, kids and pups.

Loved our stay at the Master’s cottage! The house is in a great location at Lake Oconee and is exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the house had everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable and we loved the huge sectional sofa and huge tv in the living area. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great to walk our dog around on the property. Thank you, Todd, for an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Needed to find a place near Greensboro while visiting family. This fit the bill perfectly- very rustic and comfy. My dog loved the giant fenced yard and was fascinated by the nearby small herd of pigs.

This is a wonderful house to rent with your friends for a weekend in Reynolds. It is very close to the Ritz and great for a group. We look forward to returning again.

I rented Teresa's house for my parents who were displaced because of Hurricane Helena. Teresa was able to quickly accommodate on very short notice. The house was wonderful and they felt right at home. Added bonus that there was a huge yard for the dog to run and play. My mother stated that she would absolutely rent this house again. Very peaceful for a very stressful time.

We stayed the month of March 2025, and didn’t want to leave. Jackie’s place was very clean, very comfortable bed, and one of the most peaceful and enjoyable places we have ever stayed. We were so grateful for how well stocked the house was, from hand soaps, shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent and the awesome snack tray, and sodas in the fridge. Our days were spent either on the deck, the dock or in the supplied kayaks fishing non-stop. BTW my husband and I caught our personal bests in large mouth bass. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed walks through the Harbor Club. We really appreciated how Jackie prepared and stocked the house, Thank You! If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

Sandy has a beautiful place. Great location to all things Athens. Sandy was extremely accommodating and prompt with communication!

We had a weekend stay for a friend’s wedding in downtown Monroe. This is such a cute little space. We greatly enjoyed seeing the chickens as well!

Darrin's place was perfect for a staycation for my son's birthday. There was plenty to do at the house - we didn't have to go anywhere. The neighborhood was very nice, and the location was great. Will recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Lake Sinclair with friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

This felt like home away from home during the month of February. The house was cozy and comfortable with tons of windows and natural light. We loved the location and the walking paths everywhere. The house was even equipped with necessities like dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, shampoos, etc. The water pressure was amazing! There were thoughtful little touches throughout (like candles on the table) that were really appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location is absolutely stunning! The house was immaculate and just as described. My family has traveled extensively and we have stayed at vacation homes all over the world and together we agreed that this house was in our top three! In fact, we’re already planning a return trip sometime in the fall. Don’t sleep on this property! It’s magical!

We had great time staying at Debbie‘s place, great peaceful location, plenty of space for outdoor activities. Close drive to the lake was very spacious and clean, with exception of couple linens and pillowcases, which didn’t look like they were changed from the previous guest. I’m sure just an oversight. Also, Publix is in the in close proximity that you can stock up on the necessary items. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway yet close to any water activities.

Great getaway to a beautiful rural setting. Randy and Lisa have created the perfect oasis. We visited for a weekend girls trip with our horses. The setting is simply serene. The cottage was immaculately maintained and had all the comforts of home. Perfect setup with an open living space in the middle with a bedroom and bath on each side. For horse owners, the paddock in front of the cottage was large enough for our 4 horses. There are also two stalls should you need them attached to one end of the cottage. Easy in/out trailer parking. There are approximately 5+ miles of well-maintained trails for riding or hiking with gentle flowing terrain through woodlands, pastures, passing by the lake and a pond with a waterfall. Beautiful spring flowering trees and plants made for a very picturesque park-like experience. Really cannot say enough good things about this lovely farm.

Outstanding hospitality! The lake house was such a beautiful spot! The lake house was well kept and organized. Randy and Lisa were very helpful and amazing host during our stay! Would revisit again!

We were in town for the Masters and had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures. Morgan was proactive about getting us information about our stay and super responsive whenever we had questions. The location is beautiful and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

This house is a great place to come and just get away from it all. The house itself is gorgeous, but the lakeview is even better. I sat out by the lake every chance I could get. It was so peaceful. The firepit is a great activity to do in the evening with a group while sipping wine as the sun sets. The house is not only gorgeous, it is functional. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. It is close to some great restaurants such as Gabby's, Lake Oconee Bistro, and Table at the Lake. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning another weekend getaway here in just a few months.

Absolutely beautiful property! Pics just can’t possibly do this place justice. The RV sites are spacious and our pups loved the gigantic pen area to run. We can’t wait to come back and stay at the cabins. We were only there for a quick night, but we truly want a few days to really take the entire place in. Friendly hosts with fantastic communication! This place is honestly all those words you want to hear: whimsical, magical, bucket list… book it! :)
