Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

I always love staying here! This is my first time in the one bedroom and it was absolutely perfect!! The place is always gorgeous and clean! Everything you need and I always feel right at home! The hosts are amazing, kind, and quick to respond. Will always stay here when in Springfield!

This location had everything we needed out of it. Two different units — right next to our friend but we still had our own private space. Very clean and I didn’t even have to unpack my phone charger! It seemed like there were two occupied units on the backside of the building but they didn’t give us any trouble. Solid experience.

Always a great, comfortable and accommodating stay close to all the gyms we need to go during our nationals bball week! We are repeat guests and this has been the perfect place for us once again. We had to modify our booking and they resolved it completely with us quickly. Great experience again and again!

This house was so cozy and clean! We had a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. It has the basic cooking equipment the stovetop was a little tricky but I’m also used to using a gas stove. The beds were a little bit harder than what we are used to. It was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. We would book again in the future.

We stayed here after a night out celebrating my birthday with a few of our friends and everything was great. Plenty of room for our group. The hot tub was really nice to come home to and the beds were comfy as well. Only complaint I have is the floors were very slick if you were even the slightest bit wet coming in from the hot tub or getting out of the shower. I think that's just the kind of flooring in general but one of our friends did slip and fall getting out of the shower. all in all it was a great one night trip with a small group of friends, close to the bar we went out to and the restaurant we ended up eating at. we would stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were in town visiting my daughter in college, so the game room was a big hit with all of us! The rest of the house was perfect, and we felt right at home!

Beautiful comfortable home in a quiet area with a large very private back yard. Perfect area for kids and adults to play. Everything like the posted photos.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, and the host provided a helpful book with Wi-Fi details and local recommendations. The bed was cozy, and the fireplace was warm and easy to use, which added a great touch. The Google devices around the house were also a nice bonus. The outdoor patio was perfect for smoking, and parking was hassle-free. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to families or friends.

This place is great for our trip. It was central to all the gyms we go to for basketball games. The house fits our needs and is always clean. We stayed at the Medical Mile Manor last year for Nationals and decided to stay there again. The back yard has squirrels, rabbits and birds. It is very peaceful area, yet close to places to eat and shop. There is a school nearby where my son can go shot basketball, they are remodeling so not this visit it was closed. The nieborhood is quiet and you can walk around it. Thankful for extra paper towels and tissue paper provided. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots/pans. It is our Springfield home away from home. Will definitely stay here again.

Chris & Stacy's House is in an easy to find, quiet location in southern Springfield. The neighborhood is nice and well kept overall. It's also located in close proximity to grocery stores/shopping, restaurants and local tourist sites. The space was more than adequate for our group of 6 people. The house was very clean and the kitchen was outfitted with nearly everything you would need to cook a meal. It was also nice to have access to park our car in the garage. I would certainly recommend their place to anyone traveling to Springfield.
