My family really enjoyed our stay in Springfield. Thomas's house was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great and spacious place for a week stay in Springfield. The place is exactly as the pictures show and is brighter than we thought with the skylight which was nice surprise. We had busy days and the place was a nice and comfortable spot to come back to each night. So many restaurant choices that are easily walkable. Some outdoor noise should be expected but for the most part it’s a quiet area.

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was incredible today the least. I flew in from CA to visit family and felt right at home. The place was extremely clean, well furnished and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’ve been to many places and Ashley’s was by far the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable. Ashley was proactive in communication, and was very responsive when needed. I highly recommend Ashley and her place!

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Amazing place with amazing hosts. Five stars all around. Such a blessing to find this perfect, beautiful home in such a sweet little town so convenient to Springfield. The hosts were amazing to work with. Will visit again.

Stay here! Book this place, and enjoy your time there. It felt like we had our own apartment for the few days we were in town. It was decorated with lovely touches, it felt so clean, light, and airy, and we fell in love with this cozy spot while we were in town. Melinda provided great products in the bathroom, the comfiest sheets and duvet, and we were overjoyed about the water dispenser in the bnb. This rental alone made us know we wanted to come back to Springfield. Thank you!

6 week stay not a single complaint or problem. Was great as well for people in wheel chairs looking for minimal steps and easy access. Close to all medical facilities cox mercy etc also very close to Walgreens and the amazing Hurts donuts is 2 min away!

Beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Loved the back setting room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved history and art in house.

Maida was a fantastic host. She went above & beyond for sure. We loved the home, it was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable & very homey. Everything you need is here whether you are staying for a weekend or for a month. We have found our new home away from home in Springfield. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. Beds are comfy, 2 living rooms, multiple dining area options, plenty of room to spread out & relax. It is obvious, when you walk in the home Maida cares enough to provide her guests with nice, thoughful items & furniture in home, not the cheap stuff you see in some Air bnb's where they just provide the basics, to make a quick buck, like a hotel. Maida was very sweet, responsive & accommodating. I can't say enough about Maida or her home. Book this home, you won't regret it.

Perfect place for my family of five to stay! So cute. We loved the size and the barn doors were gorgeous. Easy access to everything we needed for Thanksgiving.

Felt like home away from home! We enjoyed the homey feeling and decor and it was a big enough space for two families to enjoy on our way to Branson. Loved the complimentary coffee bar! Would have enjoyed the hot tub but it was raining by the time we got back to the house.

When I come back to Springfield again I would love to book this home again. It was very homey and quiet.
