Kandi’s place was as described. It was peaceful and we felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Eric is a great host. I stayed for an extended period of time and his place had everything I could need. Comfortable, cozy, and the bike path right out of the backyard is very nice. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were in the area to visit WPAFB, and the house was perfect for our needs. When selecting it I considered the game room to be somewhat incidental to the rest of the house, but it turned out that we spent almost all of our time at the house using the air hockey and pool tables. We didn’t get a chance to get any out, but there was also a huge collection of board games, and if our stay had been longer I’m sure we’d have used them. The neighborhood was quiet, but it was still easy to get from there to major roadways leading to grocery stores, the base, and other businesses and attractions. They were responsive hosts when we had questions, and helpful regarding both the home and the area.

This place was great for our family. There was plenty of room for our group. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. We liked the labeled kitchen cabinets. It made finding things and returning them easy. The coffee spot was wonderful, even included syrups to flavor. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace with temperature control. We made use of the games provided. If we come to this area again, we would check to see if this place is available before looking for other properties. Hosts very responsive.

We were here to visit Cedarville University and we needed to bring our pets. Susan’s place was perfect for the animals and so so peaceful. We felt right at home and are looking forward to the next time we can come and visit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This home was like stepping into a groovy time capsule—but with all the comforts of today! The spiral staircase is a showstopper, and the cute vintage wallpaper adds character to every room and ties together the retro vibe beautifully. We loved the large, open backyard. While it wasn’t fenced, our dogs stayed close and still had a blast exploring. A fenced yard would make it absolute perfection for pet owners! This place is a gem for anyone who loves mid-century charm, cozy touches, and plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

We had a very quick overnight at Myndi's place while visiting friends at Cedarville and it had everything we needed: washer and dryer, comfortable beds, great quality towels, soap and shampoo in the shower, well-stocked kitchen, communicative host, cleanliness, and overall aesthetically pleasing. Would stay here again!

House was very spacious, clean & very cozy. The area was quiet & the location of the house was a few minutes from the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Omar was quick to respond to my messages & provide answers to my questions or solutions. I would definitely book with Omar & this house again in the future!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Everything was great! Will book again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming

Thank you Kathy and Leo for an awesome stay at your camper! It was a great location to the Springfield Antique and Flea Market, which is why I traveled to Ohio. Lots of amenities associated with the campground and lots of things to do and see in the area. It was comfortable and everything is there inside you could ever possibly need for a stay. I enjoyed stay and will keep the location in mind for next year's trip!

My family came up for my birthday weekend. Staying her made it easy to gather with friends and family. We loved the private location of this home while still being just minutes from town. We come to Ohio multiple times a year and would love to stay again if availability allows!

Very nice apartment and easily accessible from the highway. Janine was very responsive and made check in/out a breeze

The apartment was perfect for my needs. Close to shopping and eating. My only issue isn't with the property, rather the booking process. They state that a "damage deposit" or insurance fee is required. Fair enough. When going through the process though, they don't give the option, and required a flat fee for the waiver. I would have given a $500 deposit, knowing that I would get it back, as I treat properties as my own. I felt like the fee was a money grab as I didn't have a choice.

It was the perfect place we could’ve chosen to spend the holidays with our family! We were visiting and we loved that this place was super clean and had all the amenities and supplies a whole family can think of. If you’re bringing kids, they’ll love the playground that’s is located just next to it. Easy check in & check out, and the host was responsive and friendly!
