A perfect place for a short weekend getaway! Very peaceful, but never boring - the location was perfect for a mix of revitalization and adventure! I came here for a girls weekend with my friend and it was just perfect. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. I 100% percent recommend these hosts!

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. The kitchen is one of the best kitted out that we’ve had, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We did hear the pitter patter of tiny feet, but I always found that charming. It’s a lovely family and a very walkable home to both the downtown mall and the wool factory. I’m sure we’ll be back.

This was our second visit with Helen! We had our 80 year old mother in law with us, and the well lit, paved path to the entrance was really helpful. The master bedroom is lovely with a slider and small porch area facing beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the kitchen table for dinner along with a fun card/question game provided. The generous bathroom space and amenities are above and beyond. Thanks for the great visit Helen!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. We loved this comfortable, clean, and comfortable place. Everything was so easy and convenient, and the beds were amazing. The proximity to UVA and great restaurants were added positives, and the Saturday farmers’ market down the block was so fun! We’d love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! It was a beautiful place and very clean! The decor was top tier! Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants downtown and grocery store is also right around the corner! I would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

The best location you can ask for! Right in the heart of the corner. As described, you need to be okay with the noise of bars and restaurants - Coupe’s is right below you and you can definitely hear the music, but you can use a sound machine and it’s fine! Thanks for a great weekend.

We are local and stayed at Isabella’s house while we had construction on our home. It was such a blessing to be able to have our dogs come with us. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Everything was super clean. We really enjoyed our time at this home away from home, and are planning on returning again soon with the ongoing construction of our home. Isabella is super responsive and helpful. She even brought us homemade cinnamon buns as a treat one evening!

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

Slavic's place was perfect for our family of four! He included detailed instructions about where to park, how to get in, and about Wi-Fi. We felt very safe, and everything was very clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, and we barely heard his parents above us—just a few footsteps in the morning. The filtered water and spotless, full-size fridge were quite nice. My boys were delighted by the full-sized complimentary chocolate bars. The linens were clean and quality materials, and the beds were super comfortable. There were pull-down shades, which are helpful, but if you want total darkness, I would bring blackout curtains and painter's tape. There are many outlets and mirrors, so people can get ready just about anywhere. We liked the automatic light outside the bathroom so you could see during the night. We also appreciated that we could lock the door that led to the second floor for peace of mind. Thank you for an incredible stay! We will absolutely be back!

This location is perfect for us, very close to the downtown pedestrian mall, shops, restaurants, farmers market. And yet, this home is also protected from the hubbub, traffic and noise... leading to peaceful teatime and sleeping. I'd like to come back some day and use as a writer's retreat! Thank you Genevieve for being a most wonderful and thoughtful host for us over thanksgiving!

Great place within walking distance of the downtown area. Quick walk to the Paramount Theater!

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

Well we had three units at the same time with Yates! It was a great stay in Charlottesville with Yates, the house was a good size, lots of space and very quiet area - and close to everywhere we needed to be at the university. It was also an awesome location, it was a very clean Airbnb and we had great comms with Yates always, nice to have in a host for sure - always checking up and making sure we were good. Definitely one of our better picks we have had in that area ! Nice to see welcome touches like coffee, creamer etc. always a nice bonus for sure! Many thanks again Yates!

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

Our stay was amazing. Tereye was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. I had to reach out for the heat system. The home owner called me back immediately. The experience was great. I definitely will be returning.
