We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to our favorite Waynesville spots. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

Robert was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure any questions were answered right away. We had trouble working the ceiling fan and he came right over to make sure we could use it. We were thankful for his directions to the property as the way the GPS wanted us to go had some major road issues and we were able to avoid them. The kitchen was wonderful and we loved having a carport too! Highly recommend!

This was an adorable space with plenty of room for our group to be comfortable and happy. We will be back!

This was one of the most adventurous spring breaks I’ve ever had. Glenn’s place was not only relaxing, scenic, and had wonderful accommodations, but Glenn has been the best host I’ve ever had. After having car troubles (busted radiator), Glenn drove me and my friend to a local mechanic he knew to get the job done. Glenn and his wife, Christy, always made sure be and my friend were having fun and I’m safe hands. If you ever stay in Glenn’s cabin, which I highly recommend you do, you’ll have to ask Glenn about his life, one of the most interesting stories I’ve ever heard from anyone!

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. We absolutely loved the interior design and the view from outside. Smokies Time’s was very clear on instructions and made our stay stress free.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

My family and I loved our stay. The place was just like the pictures! Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Loved walking the trail, or sitting outside listening to the birds and having a fire. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It was conveniently located, as we were close to Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place, game room was awesome, loved the hot tub on the back patio. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had great feel to them. Kitchen has such a great aesthetic. Living room couch just lets you sink in and watch a good movie, while heating up in front of the fireplace. Other than that, I didn’t see anything wrong with the place, everyone in the trip loved it. Was a relaxing place to stay for Rod Runs.

House was perfect, we had a wonderful stay. The host was always quick to respond and they were very helpful. The house was clean and everything was as expected to be.

Very good AirBnB. Location was a little sketchy especially with the completely run down neighbor. Once inside, felt secure. The house had good amenities with good shower, hot water, wonderful beds and great internet. The only un-advertised surprise was the only parking option was street parking, because the driveway was shared with the neighbor. One night, we caught the neighbors across the street leaning on our car talking - not a good feeling to have to go outside to tell them to leave not knowing what they would do overnight. House location was very convenient to restaurants and downtown. We recommend this location and would stay again if we come back to Bristol.

A most pleasant place to stay

This is our second time staying at one of Matt’s rentals. Matt is extremely responsive and checked in with us several times. The unit is located just minutes from the main strip and there are an abundance of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable. It was decorated very cute. Felt like you were at home. Will definitely be back.

Chuck’s air bnb was a great location, perfect & peaceful surroundings and pet friendly. The river that runs behind the condo was amazing. The beds were super comfy. Great water pressure . Perfect place for a family of four and a fur baby. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

Very attentive host and even though I made the reservation at the last minute when I arrived my car was already registered at the security guardhouse and the apartment was impeccable and has a unique view of Sugar Mountain!

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

10/10 stay with no complaints. Great location, great condo, and great host. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, and super close to everything. Condo was clean and just as pictured, super quiet once inside and the bed was pretty comfortable which was an added bonus! We will be back!

Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the main strip but slightly away from all of the heavy traffic with a bypass to avoid the busy main strip.
