This was a great home away from home while we visited our daughter who lives just minutes away. The place was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we appreciated the off-street parking. Ryan was very friendly and a great host. We will definitely visit again!

Mark's condo was easy to find, parking very convenient, with easy keycode access. I was initially surprised the living room was so small as the photos used the usual wide lens. However, the over-night space and spirit met our needs as our family came to watch a basketball game at the close-by university with another brother and nephew joining us too. The bedrooms were as bright and neat and clean as photos advertised. Bathrooms clean and tidy.

We were in Ames for a very short overnight stay in order to attend an Iowa State basketball game. Easy, quick drive to Hilton. Accommodations were comfortable for two couples with the two bedrooms & adjoining bathrooms. We would stay again.

A really great space in a quiet neighborhood to stay and enjoy Iowa. Only a hop skip and a jump from Downtown Des Moines with great restaurants and plenty to do within minutes!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Place was overall clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies we’d need. Location felt safe and quiet. Only downsides - they were out of some of the listed amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) and the bath mat was wet/dirty when we arrived. Check in/check out process was easy.

Devin and Michelle were proactive and always available when needed. They were friendly and provided great local recommendations. Their property provides privacy at the end of a long day. If possible, we’ll definitely stay with them again in the future.

The place is clean, functional, and good for a mid-term stay of a few weeks. Comfortable memory foam beds, cozy fireplace, and a convection oven for cooking were some of my favorite features. If you’re looking to visit Infinity Functional Neurology (neurodevelopment) Center like so many, this is 4-5 mins drive! The hosts responded with my need for hangers and wash cloths the very first day I arrived and noticed they were missing - I was very surprised. Throughout the stay the hosts were friendly, helpful, and checkout instructions were reasonable and clear. They have other properties in the area and I would 100% recommend this place or them as hosts for other properties. Some things to consider: it requires you to use stairs up one flight, there is a bathtub and a standup shower for all access needs

This is a great property. I have no complaints. The outdoor patio is a nice place to sit and people-watch. The beds are comfortable, and the office nook might just be my favorite.

Ed’s place was great. We spent a wonderful Christmas there with our son and grandson and daughter in law, am looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again Ed for everything.

Great place to stay with plenty of room!

Stayed here for a couple of nights while passing through Des Moines. Becky is likely the most proactive and responsive host I’ve encountered. The space is also totally as described and it’s clear that the host has put serious effort into making the space comfortable with plenty of details covered that other hosts don’t provide: a couple bottles of water, K-cups, snacks, decent toilet paper, information about the area, cute decorations, plenty of seating options, a great shower, etc. The place was easy to access, it is close to downtown, it was clean, and the bed is really comfortable. As clearly noted in the description, you can hear the owners upstairs at times, but it didn’t bother me at all so don’t let that dissuade you from staying here. Great stay all around.

My family had an another great stay at Steve and Melissa’s home. This is by far our favorite place to stay when we are in Ankeny. They are amazing host and their home is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Katie was an amazing hostess. The accommodations were fantastic and in the perfect spot for us. We will definitely stay with Katie again. ( and the pie was unbelievably tasty😊😊)

The place was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and furnished. Check in and out was super easy. All toiletries and towels, coffee, etc were provided. We only wished the hot tub was open on weekends. The gym was also a perk as I used it once. We would definitely stay here again for another ISU game!

Sleepover was wonderful! Stayed there for a little weekend away and really enjoyed the space. Close to a lot of GREAT restaurants and local little bars, as well as a block over from the sculpture park, which is always fun to walk by. Hosts were SO communicative and wonderful, sending messages before arrival and departure with instructions, really so helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was in a perfect location for what we needed. It is a short walk to coffee, restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was easy to get in and out of with onsite parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

We stayed at Jake’s place for a short vacation. The location was perfect it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Everything was clean and peaceful. The hot tub was really nice also. We definitely would stay here again.
