Absolutely beautiful stay in Dalavich. The views from the dining room and hot tub were next level. George was extremely helpful with all recommendations and there is a helpful manual in the property on things to do around. Having a car is vital and make sure to do a shop before getting to the property but the village shop allowed us to pick up some bits we ran out of which was a bonus. Could not recommend more and will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

An incredible stay right on the loch. Stunning views from the lounge window, and if you choose, from the hot tub too! Would recommend for a romantic get away or even with a bunch of friends as we did!

Alison and Matt were incredible making this stay one of the best we ever had! The preparation of the hot tub, the pre warmed bedroom, and the welcome treats were truly a gift coming in late in the evening. We loved the whole experience. The stay is cosy, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the Trossachs! We can’t wait to stay again someday. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a romantic getaway in the countryside. From the hot tub looking up at the stars and the magical walks and views from the property make fantastic memories!

wonderful weekend spent here with our two young children. the private Loch area was lovely and the local village was a wonderful haggis trail which we thoroughly enjoyed! the food at the local pub is also great! the lodge was pristine and well equipped for a relaxing stay. the hit tub was immaculate although I would have preferred it a little more private. I would stay in a different lodge to resolve this in the future. it didn't impact our stay however. everyone from the lovely gentleman at reception and cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. we couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay and wish we had more time! :( Booked out of season, so the holiday park was super quite and peaceful! Wonderful woodlands, bird song, breathtaking walks through woodland. The homes was super well equipped and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a bliss! Even when it rained, the gorgeous rain sounds on the roof made the feel even more cosy. Thank you very much for having us soon and hope we can be back soon

Such a lovely place to stay, went up for a birthday celebration and we could not have gone to a better place :)

The Old Nunnery was easy to find. Entry was supposed to be a key code lock but this was broken. We could enter but not lock the door. One phone call and Tom who was looking after the property immediately attended and arranged for a locksmith. A new lock was fitted within a couple of hours which was brilliant. The house is large and provided great accommodation for the family. We were comprised of adults and older teens giving them space to socialise and play games but also space for everyone to watch a film together. Huge kitchen and dining room perfect as we took all our meals together creating a very special Christmas. We were 15 in total and it did not feel crowded.the kitchen has lots of crockery and cutlery and a fantastic bar area. Hot tub steam room and sauna which was greatly enjoyed. There are sone artworks as mentioned in previous reviews which might not be suitable for younger children. The views are stunning and many a morning spent watching the seals. Short drive to shops

Emma is a wonderful helpful host. The flat was ideal for a break in Scotland and served as a good base for exploring. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the sofas are very comfy too. Ideally located in Callander, opposite a supermarket with lots of shops, coffee houses and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay, The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful escape. The property was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wendy and ude were excellent hosts, providing clear instructions and being very responsive throughout our visit. We’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and can’t wait to return!

We had the most relaxing week here. Carole was so helpful and responsive especially when the weather caused some disruptions to the roads. I have 2 young children and a teenager who all want to go back! And the dog 😁

Very peaceful location. Beautiful countryside. Close to popular tourist locations. Comfortable cottage. Made to feel welcome by owners. Dog friendly. Especially enjoyed the woodburning stove, which warmed up the whole place.

We had such an incredible stay at Pauline’s. It is only a 30 min drive into Glasgow and well worth being on the peaceful outskirts if like us, you want to visit the hustle and bustle but then escape back to a peaceful haven at the end of the day. The place was beautifully presented and incredibly clean. Everything was so easy and Pauline really went the extra mile with lots of bits for us to make it feel really special. 10/10 perfect stay - thank you so much for having us Pauline and for making it so lovely.

One of the most beautiful locations in Scotland and Eleanor’s home is in the perfect spot to take it all in. Perfect for a quick walk to the village but still feels private and safe. Close to nature trails for hiking that have incredible views of the Loch. Eleanor herself was very helpful/responsive when we had questions and the neighbours were very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The view is unbelievable and we had a few animal visitors (red squirrel, various bird species) throughout our stay. We look forward to returning to this wonderful home.

Cottage was very well equipped with everything you would need for cooking your own meals. I thought it was a lovely touch that ruth had incuded everything from cleaning products, toilet tissue, kitchen roll. And also the lovely prosecco cheese and oatcakes that was left for us. We all had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future if we ever visit Arran again. Thank you Ruth for a lovely time.

Liz was always on hand to help us with anything we needed and suggested a fantastic place to take our dog for breakfast! We also had a great time after breakfast at the same place, as there was amazing walks and trails for us both and our dog! Dont hesitate to book this location if you want a fantastic host!

Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

Everything as described, a good host, Therese gave us information about local bakers and some eating establishments which were excellent. We would certainly go again, the weather was in our favour, which was another bonus

We loved our stay at Rosie’s, she was very welcoming and friendly, great comms. The views are stunning; and a pint and food in the walkable Black Bull Inn is a must. Incredible view of the night sky if you get lucky with the weather.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!

This was our second year and we love it even more. Amazing location with 5 star facilities.
