Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

Great spot, close to public transit, nearby pharmacy and food spots.

I had an amazing time here! Hostess was very helpful with the clear instructions. The place looks even better than the pictures. It makes you feel like you’re home.

Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. I had a wonderful experience staying at Hung Mao’s apartment! He was an incredibly helpful host. We arrived late at night and, despite our efforts not to disturb him, he heard us coming in and warmly greeted us. He took the time to show us around the apartment, which was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was fantastic, and we felt very safe walking around the area. Hung Mao was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. One of the unique touches I appreciated was the free handmade soap in the apartment—it added a lovely personal touch. Overall, Hung Mao was a nice and easygoing host, making our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I appreciated how easy it wad to check in and how quick it took for Silvia to answer our questions. Silvia is a very sweet lady and the airbnb was peaceful and beautiful.

We had a nice, peaceful two-night stay. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I come to the area. It was very cozy and comfy. Parking was very easy on the street too.

Nestor was extremely friendly, responsive and stopped to chat and give recommendations on places to visit in the area. The place is comfortable, has all the amenities and a large fridge with ample kitchen supplies if you needed to cook your own meals. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Milton is an amazing host, was helpful and always available from booking through the end of our stay. We stayed two of us in the apartment and it was perfect, well equipped, nice and comfy bedding, spotless clean and just few minutes walk to nearby shops, restaurants and also subway. Highly recommended, we will be back if ever coming to NYC again.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Very quiet and peaceful apartment. We stayed for a week and we felt very much at home. Lots to watch on the tv, the loveseat is very comfortable, great shower and had all the amenities as described. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
