We always love staying here when we’re traveling through Winston-Salem. Haydee is always so kind! This trip there were unfortunately dangerous storms in Alabama, where we were traveling to, and Haydee let us change our reservation and was really helpful and generous to us. Such a beautiful and clean space as well. 🖤

This space was extremely comfortable for just two nights but I could have easily stayed for two months. Very nice apartment in a great part of Winston-Salem just a few minutes walk from downtown. I felt right at home and the location was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay that has all the necessities that you would need, plus perks like a washer and dryer and other kitchen gadgets if you need those as well. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, which is a plus. The space was much bigger than expected. The two bedrooms are very large and so is the living room area. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get the chance to hang out on the porch or terrace. The view from the kitchen is really nice and I watched the birds in the morning. It’s conveniently located to anything you would want to get to downtown or on nearby university campuses.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a nice neighborhood convenient to the airport and also Highpoint for the Furniture Market. Very cozy, and had plenty of the necessities we needed to be comfortable. The backyard is peaceful with lots of seating and nice lighting at night. We hope to be back next year!

This was our second stay, and it was just as lovely as the first time. We love how clean and beautiful this cottage is, and how close it is to everything!! The beds are so comfortable, the snacks are the sweetest touch, it just feels like you are staying at a friend’s house. One of my favorite Airbnbs we have stayed in!!

Our golf team enjoyed this house. Plenty of room for everyone and this worked better for us than a hotel. Doc was very responsive to our needs. If you have a large group you should strongly consider Doc’s house.

The house was perfect! It had enough rooms and beds for my guests. It was the perfect place for my birthdat get together. Dylan answered all my questions and also kept me inform about any changes. I will rent from Dylan again for a family stay!

Tons of room and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Our stay was short, but great for the time we were there. We had one dog and having a fenced-in run was so nice. Also the backyard is very big and would be great if you have kids. If a large group stayed in the house, I think you’d find the screened-in porch fabulous. The host was very responsive to any of the minor questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Adrianna was a great host. We received all instructions in a very timely manner and she was very responsive with our questions. The house was exactly as pictured. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was also very quiet and we all slept great. Location is close enough to Main Street restaurants that you can walk there. Enjoyed our stay!
