We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful house, comfy couch and beds and pillows. Smells amazing. Garage use was fantastic. It was really nice that they have things in cabinets and drawers that are useful and helpful. Felt like home. We would definitely stay here again. Super cute restaurants a walk across the street. Wish we found them sooner! 5 stars all around!!

This is our third year visiting Nick’s lake house and can’t say enough good things! Nick is a GREAT host and takes great care in making the experience wonderful. Legos, books, games, crafts, kayaking and new surprise- a paddleboat!!

Great location for what we needed to access in Indy. Quiet neighborhood. Meditation/quiet/spa space on the lower level an added bonus. Modern tasteful decor. Beds comfortable. Great communication.

From the moment I inquired about the property Michael went above and beyond! The best communication and accommodating host I have ever dealt with. The home was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. Extra supplies, toiletries, snacks upon arrival! Five stars without a doubt! Hands down did not disappoint! I appreciated his willingness to work around my daughter’s soccer schedule. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we are ever in this area again I will without a doubt stay here! So many options as well restaurants, coffee, grocery store, you name it! Our personal favorite restaurant was Grindstone on the Monon! Again, Michael hands down went above and beyond for my family!

Janet was very kind, pleasant and hospitable. The cabin was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Janet was concerned about us during a thunderstorm, she called to make sure we were okay staying in the cabin during the storm. We're looking forward to going back. Thank you Janet Jennie and Gary

We reserved Jamie‘s place while we were in town for a wedding and because the kitchen looked nice. It was nice to prep some of the kitchen food right there and made it easy to transport to our location. I also loved how comfy the beds were.

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with. During our stay over Christmas, they even set up a Christmas tree in the room, which added such a festive touch! There were a few heavy snowfalls while we were there, and the host took great care to clear the snow from the front door and the path to the parking area promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Josh and Nicole were fantastic hosts! Their place was clean and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was our main reason for selecting this property. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to access. No complaints! We will definitely plan to stay again for our next trip on the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!
