The cottage was very nice and comfortable. Cozy, but plenty of space to unwind and relax. The neighborhood was quiet, and it is a short drive to downtown Greenville and also a short drive to Paris Mountain state park for great hiking options!

Morgan’s home was as described in the listing. Peaceful, clean, and recently renovated. We had a full house and always had hot water for showers. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown activities and restaurants. 10 minute drive to grocery stores. Would recommend and stay again.

Easy weekend trip! Access to the house was easy. Quick drive into Brevard and great golf right in the neighborhood. Spotted tons of deer and a wild turkey right in the yard!

We loved our stay at this property. The location is private but yet close to everything. The family especially enjoyed the games and ping-pong table. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be back. Thank you, Daniel, for being a great host.

THE VIEW, the view, did I mention the view? We stayed for a month to be near a new grand baby, explore Greenville and enjoy a change of scenery. Another son & wife, with toddler & baby, joined us for a week. It is their home so has many personal items but plenty of room was provided for our things. It was spacious & comfortable for a long stay, w private quiet bedrooms, good beds & water pressure. It is an older home w beautiful wooden creaky floors. It has an unusual floor plan w the main bathroom down 3 stairs to the hall and the second bedroom connects on the other side. The second full bathroom is off an office near the 3 bedroom. A large private hot tub (up 3 stairs near the master, then up 3 stone stairs.) was the perfect modern addition. We immensely enjoyed the gorgeous large fireplace! These features all add to the charm of this unique home. Even in the dead of winter we enjoyed watching the lake wildlife, kayakers, fishermen and even a bald eagle! Thank you!

We were very happy with accommodations at the house. We had family members of 3 couples, and two individuals so we needed 5 sleeping spaces. It worked out well with 4 bedrooms and the den downstairs that had a bunkbed in it and could be used as a 5th room. We were in town for a family wedding in the area and this was a perfect location. Very easy instructions to get in and when we noticed a small problem Zach responded right away, which we appreciated. There is a grocery store less than a mile away which was nice for getting some breakfast foods, which is the only meal we ate there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up food and lots of space. Several people walked around the neighborhood. It is hilly but good exercise. FYI the shower in the master bedroom was very small, maybe 3'x3' tops. The rest of the bathroom, along with the 2nd bathroom with tub/shower, were great. Overall an excellent place to stay!

This was a great stay for us. We had an extended stay of 5 weeks due to home renovations and it began to feel like home. Everything looked brand new and was extremely clean! Great office space with fast internet! I would highly recommend it for short term or longer stays. David was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great spot within walking distance of amenities, was perfect for our stay. The place is incredibly quiet and beds comfortable, slept really well. Location of apartment is near grocery stores, downtown, and parks all within a short drive. There is a Kids play location within the same structure/buildings, restaurants/brewery. Host was very communicative, even after hours. We have an infant and the host was able to provide a brand-new crib for my kid to sleep in so I did not have to pack one, very thoughtful on his part and much appreciated, huge plus! Due note some guests might have trouble finding this spot as the area is still under construction and signs might have changed or taken down.

Tracy’s place was great! She is lovely and will check in with you the entire time to make sure you have everything you need. She kept the place great and was very responsive to anything I needed during my stay. Her place was easy to access and in a great spot close to the hospital for my rotation there. It was also safe and I never felt uneasy!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one concern early on in our stay and James went above and beyond in resolving it. He was very responsive to any of our inquiries. Excellent location, we had a great time.

Spacious accommodations and comfy beds. House has a vintage vibe. Close to coffee shop and walking distance to all things downtown Tryon.

If you are lucky enough to find an opening, book it! Honestly, I booked my time in the upstate around the availability. It is so peaceful. The porch draws you out and just calms you. It is clean. It is well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The towels are thick and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable. Without question, I will book again.

I’ve been using Airbnb for many years, and this is easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. I’ve rented some large homes in Arizona and other locations, but for a small, quaint spot—if you’re in Greer, South Carolina—this is the place to stay. It’s so much better than any hotel room. Washer, dryer, cozy fireplace, great shower, tasteful decorations—everything was top-notch. Great job, guys! If I come back to the area, this is definitely where I’ll stay again.
