Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

The perfect family friendly space. Kiddos loved all the game options from pool to air hockey to ping ping, bikes were available for 5 folks. The lake is literally close to 20 feet from the house. The jacuzzi was surely a fan fav. Neighbors were cool too. There's a dunkin walking distance. Oh there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets as needed. Plus the couch let's out as a pull out bed. Very thoughtful space for family gatherings✨

I had a lovely solo retreat at Chateau René, and was immediately blown away by the welcoming environment that was curated. As I walked in, I was greeted by serene jazz music and a spotless kitchen/living room, with clear evidence that the minute details were well considered. René was also proactive and kind enough to check in multiple times throughout my stay without being intrusive, and was always there if I had a question (I had few because things were set up so well). Lastly, the view was breathtaking and you are surrounded by nature, which makes for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here with our senior dog! Everything is exactly as-advertised, the hosts are kind & responsive, the area is gorgeous and quiet, and the backyard space is huge and perfect for playing with our pup. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing weekend getaway!

This is the second time we stayed here and it was even better than the first! They have really taken the time to make the place as welcoming and easy to navigate as possible.

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

The place had everything we needed and more. Catherine and Jay were very responsive. They had a snow service that plowed the driveway the morning of our checkout during a snowstorm. They also provided us with shovels and salt. Their place is just adorable - kitchen is really nice with air fryer too :) Had a wonderful stay

Tech savvy home. All the right plugs for our electronics. Heated bathroom floor a plus during cold weather. Upstairs bedroom had hanging space and dresser, but neither available in lower bedroom. Did have luggage rack in lower bedroom. Definitely a do again for me!

Wylda’s cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures. The directions provided were very instructive, and all the listed amenities were available both inside and outside the cabin. My wife and I had a nice, relaxing time. Unfortunately, it was too cold to spend much time outdoors during our visit. The cabin is in a lovely location next to the lake and conveniently near other places of interest. We definitely think it would be worth visiting again during the summer.

Quaint cottage for a short stay. Accommodations were as described and pictured, and Leah gave ample instructions before and during our stay. Full supply of kitchen supplies, games, etc were available, and we appreciated we could bring our pups. Steps to the loft/bed are very steep, but we were ok.

Rio was a really friendly and helpful host and his cottage was very cute in a lovely area surrounded by trees and great walks and hikes. We made s'mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the quiet, and explored a few towns nearby. Great weekend!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 months and enjoyed our time very much. We were very happy from every perspective: The cottage had all the equipment we needed and wished for. We sometimes used the fireplace and loved the bed/couch. The cottage is perfect to rest and focus. We enjoyed to have so much nature around us. We took a walk in the close park with a lake almost every day. We liked to live at a small farm with dogs, chicken and goose. Debbie and Kirk were always there when we needed them and also made us internationals feel welcome. They explained and helped us proactively e.g. changed regional weather circumstances. We also regularly got eggs from the chicken what was always a nice surprise. Communication/ interactions were always easy and friendly. I recommended my work to plan future stays for assignments in this Airbnb. In our opinion it is better than a hotel: Very comfortable, cozy, close to nature and a special American experience. Very comfortable. See through shades in bedroom and living area needed to be not so see through. Also could have used a dresser in the bedroom. Hard to get in and out of the driveway. We had a pickup. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

great place to stay that was only a few houses down from the beach. very convenient that there was a wagon to transport our things after getting off the ferry. also appreciated that beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes were provided. best of all was the outdoor shower though. would recommend and stay again.

This house is absolutely perfect. It's clean, charming, has everything you need. The beautiful back yard has plenty of space and good stuff for kids to play with. Also, it's about a 30 second walk to the beach... neighbors are out on their patch of beach but yours is yours to yourself. It's perfect. We cannot wait to come back.

Such a cozy cabin! Super friendly host(s) who are responsive and were able to answer any question. Would stay there again and plan to! 5 stars for a peaceful quiet weekend!

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!

Very nice set up in a nice part of town. Cottage is private, quiet, and has all the amenities needed. Crystal was responsive and lovely overall. Highly recommend and walkable to the bus stops that go into the city (both Port Authority and GWB bus terminals).
