aaron and julie are very responsive and responsible hosts. the condition of the house, property, and amenities make it very clear that they put in a lot of work and care about their guests. as an example, we noticed immediately that kitchen was very well stocked with nice clean pots/pans, coffee, popcorn, and spices. the location gave us privacy but also had great views and easy access to the town and eagle point. we had a great stay and highly recommend

Great place to stay. The home was beautiful and clean. There were 6 of us so this place was perfect for our group of people. Very close to Capital Reef National Park.

The cabin is lovely. Great kitchen, cozy, and open. My family and I had an awesome time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Dan is great on communication and was very accommodating. The hot tub does not work, that was our only concern. Additionally, I don't think the cabin is ski in/ski out. Maybe I am unfamiliar with the mountain (This was my first time to Eagle Point) but we got to the mountain by walking up the driveway, down the road, a little up the main road and down the parking lot to get to the lodge and chairlifts. Thank you Dan for being a great host though!

This cabin is amazing! It exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not reflect how nice the cabin really is. The place has everything you need—WiFi, a ping pong table, TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. The cabin is close to the ski runs, making it a perfect location. It’s an incredible place and definitely worth it. I will definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem! We loved our stay at Liz’s place. Photos only scratch the surface of how cozy & comfortable it is, and the gorgeous views. Super quiet and private location. Well stocked kitchen. Very close & convenient to Capitol Reef. We loved being able to do some laundry in the middle of our week-long trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home, wonderful location. This was the second time we stayed and it didn’t disappoint. Had fun skiing and this location is close to the lodge.

I thought this was just a small cabin, but oh boy looks can be deceiving. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! This house is spacious and well thought out. It was perfect for 4 adults to sprawl out in the living room, to watch football on a Sunday, after a long day of hiking. Sightseeing and restaurants are super close by and the house was an incredibly easy check in. I would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others

The house was very clean and easy to find. The backyard was big and my kids had fun making a snowman. The interior was great, we only used the tv in the living room but there was one in each room. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Karl also gave us some good recommendations on where to eat. Overall it was fun/relaxing stay.
