Really great location. Traveling with family to visit family, easy to access and comfortable stay. Host very responsive and helpful.

The location is right near the subway so easy to get around all of NYC. Great shopping and fantastic restaurants close by. Coming from Sydney Heatwave to a NYC winter ( we got snow for Christmas! ) meant our kids were really cold. After a phone call to Sergie a second duvet was delivered the next day. We loved all the local suggestions and felt really at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dianna’s studio, it had everything we needed and more including coffee, cooking utensils, toiletries and great local recommendations. The location is great for saving money with an easy commute on the PATH train into Manhattan. There is some occasional noises from the heating (resolves when heating turned off) and occasional street noise at night but ear plugs are thoughtfully provided.

Wilmer was so easy to communicate to and very responsive. The house was very clean and had everything I needed and more. Neighborhood is very quiet and it's 8 minutes away from route 22 which have everything you need restaurant wise. Will definitely book again

I had an amazing stay at Michelle’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Michelle was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

Charlie’s place was located in a fairly safe area with good subway connections. The apartment was compact but we four could fit in it just fine. The price was reasonable considering that we were staying during the New Year holidays. Thank you!

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.
