We enjoyed Yanna’s place for our annual girls trip! Two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs with bathrooms on both levels was a great way to accommodate all of us. The street we were on is a dirt road and had lots of potholes but taking it slow was fine. Everything was clean and comfy as pictured! We did have a contractor on the property at one point which we didn’t love for safety and privacy purposes, but Yanna communicated and specified who was there. Overall a great, clean place to stay! Loved the views especially on the back & front decks. Would love to come back!

This was our second time staying here. We loved it. The dogs especially love the huge back yard. If you have small dogs be aware that there are some areas that the fence has gaps at the ground that they can fit through. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect ! My family and I had a great time. Looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

Our family had a blast enjoying the home! Our two boys loved the beautiful view, the space, the games provided and the Pacman set up! We had everything we needed for a cozy few days there and had good proximity to The Kartrite! The mornings were so nice with the babbling brook in the backyard as well as the sunset over the lake in the evenings.

Spent a weekend here with family and 5 little dogs. There is a bit more paperwork you have to do to get allowed into the community and to get the visitor pass at the Welcome Center. Once inside the community, getting into the house was easy. It was very cozy with lots to do in and out of the house. It rained the entire time we were there...but the house had lots to do inside. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and was able to cook a beautiful family dinner! Thank you for the beautiful setting for our family yearly gathering!

Very happy with the experience. There are stairs to get to the house but the house is as advertised and the owner was considerate and communicated well. We would return.

From booking through check out, Maureen was pleasant, communicated promptly and clearly, and had the house perfectly dialed in to accommodate our family. The house is situated on a large, beautiful lakefront lot with spectacular views, and outfitted for families and friends to have an amazingly fun experience, regardless of weather or time of year. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, or a lively time with friends, this place will not disappoint!

We went to the house for a short getaway with some friends and we had a very nice time. We enjoyed using the kayaks, the propane grill and the fire pit. The lake was very quiet and peaceful during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

My family stayed at Chris and Tricia's home for the Christmas holiday. The space was large and comfortable, and a huge perk that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kids and dogs had a great time playing in the snowy woods and we took advantage of the nearby hikes to burn off some energy. We did experience unexpected issues with the heat, though Chris was incredibly responsive to make sure they were addressed and repeatedly checked in on us through the stay to make we were comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location!! Magdalena was very responsive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience! The house was exactly as pictured, extremely clean, and super cozy! The hot tub was ready to go when we got there, we just had to turn on jets and get in! We had an amazing vacation, largely because of the beautiful home we stayed in! I highly recommend. Perfect for a couple, family, or someone with pets ❤️

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

It was a great weekend at Nick's house, the house is beautiful and complete. Our family celebrated a birthday and we were very happy because we had everything we needed. Upon arrival we were welcomed with water and chocolate. A tip: Waze does not locate the correct check-in location, I recommend using another GPS app.

Rick's home was absolutely spotless and was very thoughtfully put together. The view is really beautiful. Important to note that the lower deck in the photos is not accessible. Rick was very communicative and helpful.

Loved Ellie's place. Martina was an amazing host and made it very easy for us to enjoy this beautiful property. Highly recommended if your looking to relax and get back to nature. Looking forward to returning.

Came to town with a full crew of friends and family from all over to help a cousin whose house flooded while she wasn’t in town. The perfect place to all gather, eat, relax and rest well after working hard all day. I can’t imagine how awesome it is in the summer. Great host.

Shariq was very flexible and accommodating with my group's needs. We were looking for a place to spend New Year together with friends. We needed a place where folks could co-work, and still socialize. The house was perfect, in that we could split into smaller groups to do our own thing, the toddler could take naps in a separate room without disruption, and the surroundings were beautiful. I would like to return when the weather is nice and I can actually take advantage of the beautiful lake right in the back yard!

My family and I really enjoyed Elizabeth property very comfortable and quiet, we definitely thinking about coming back soon.

This is a wonderful stay if you are traveling with kids and pets. So much to do in the amazing basement. The property is fully fenced, allowing your doggo the freedom to roam! Great location. Plenty to do around town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. The house was beautiful and large enough for my family of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub with views of an icy lake. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and fresh. We went bowling and found great restaurants in nearby by Warwick. We would love to return soon!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Gaby's home. Unlike many Airbnb hosts who design their spaces to feel like generic hotels, Gaby’s place radiated warmth, personality, and charm. It felt like a home that had been truly lived in and loved, with thoughtful, personal touches like family photos, unique art, and an impressive collection of books that added so much character. Gaby herself was an incredible host—always responsive, friendly, and approachable. She’s the kind of person I'd love to sit down and chat with. The setting was absolutely stunning. We had snow, the lake was frozen, and the wintry view was really peaceful. The abundance of wildlife made it even more special—we spotted deer, bald eagles, a couple of foxes who visited every morning, and even a bobcat prancing around the house one evening.
