We stayed several day at this wonderful place. It was an easy check in with all instructions provided beforehand. The place is big and has many things to offer for large families. In summer you can fish, use heated pool. We went in winter, so we used hot tub. The bed was comfortable, pillows soft. The hosts were very responsive and checked with us every day. There are stores in 10-15 minutes drive, in case you forget anything. Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, coffee makers with coffee included, if you're a tea-lover bring your tea. If you like hiking there are a lot of routs in driving distance. I recommend to check with Delaware Water Gap Park office, they will help you to find brethtaking science and picturesque routs.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Rented this place to celebrate my birthday. It was everything we expected. Very clean and comfortable. More than enough space for 8 people. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the host was very accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Another wonderful stay at Marcela’s place for my family. We always feel right at home each time we visit and have a great time with all of the fun amenities. For adults, teens, and pets, we all love coming back to Marcela’s.

Jaime's place was an absolute unexpected gem in Asbury Park! In the middle of the city, it feels luxurious, and looks like a great deal of work was put into making the home a very comfortable stay. She has great pride in her home, and it is clear Jaime has taken great lengths to offer everything you could want. We stayed during Christmas and were able to prepare a wonderful dinner in the full kitchen without a need for anything (dishes, utensils, appliances etc). I am very selective about where I stay because cleanliness is very important to me. This home hits all the boxes in that area!! The linen was pristine and the bathrooms were above and beyond in care. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard amenities given the season, but we can't wait to do so when we return. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jaime was responsive. She and the property manager worked to troubleshoot and resolve the concern to our satisfaction as timely as possible. We will be back.

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Our stay at Garrett’s was wonderful. My whole group raved about how beautiful the home was and the location. Everything was as described/shown in pictures. There is lots to do in the 30 minute radius around the house. It’s also a great home if you’d rather stay in and hang out, which we did quite a bit of! Finally, Garrett himself was very friendly and professional. He displayed excellent hospitality and service. When a bathroom was unexpectedly still a bit under construction by the time we checked in, he proactively informed us and offered to make it right which was very appreciated. It snowed a bit while we were there and his landscaper team even helped us dig our car out. Overall, an awesome stay and my group all mentioned wanting to come back here in the Summer!

My friends and I came for 3 nights and I have no complaints about anything at all. The place was clean, there were games to keep us entertained, and David always replied quickly to any question we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for everything.

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

We loved it so much we wanted to book another night! It exceeded the pictures. Everything was clean and stocked. The hot-tub was amazing, the views of the lake are superior. Lolas has amazing food literally next door. A really nice place for a quick getaway with the husband while our daughter had an overnight stay at her prospective college. We will def book again in the summer. You will not be disappointed with this stay at all.

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Beautiful home tucked just a few minutes away from Woodstock. Rachel & Rick's place offered plenty of space, couches to rest and a cozy fireplace. We will absolutely be back.

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

We had such a great stay! Henry was responsive and communicated everything I needed to know. The place was very clean and great place to spend time with friends and family.

Paula's place exceeded my groups expectations! First of all, it was HUGE! We knew renting a 6 bedroom house would be large but wow was it large! The expansive spaces were much appreciated for our large group, and the kids had so much room to play. There's room for tons of parking, and the surrounding fields are beautiful - we even saw deer on our last morning there. An easy 15 minute drive to Belleayre! The hot tub was amazing and sadly we didn't get to use the sauna, but both were extremely clean and inviting. The instructions for the cover on the hot tub are so easy and convenient! The only bummer was that the house is right on a main road, and while there isn't a ton of traffic, the cars/trucks that do go by can be LOUD!! But that has nothing to do with the house and would not prevent us from staying again. Paula was responsive and kind, and we hope to stay again!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at this AirBnB! William was a wonderful host and so flexible/accommodating with our check in! My family and I really enjoyed staying at his beautiful and rustic home - it is older but well-maintained and very cozy. Also, it is in close proximity to the breathtaking mountains and town. The fire pit was a great addition as well. Thanks again!

Christina and her husband were perfect hosts. They were both super helpful and accommodating with all of our requests and even went out of their way to mail us a piece of luggage we had left behind accidentally. Their place felt super cozy and had everything we needed. There was even a tray with snacks and wine left out for us on arrival. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay and we would absolutely rent with them again. Thank you again! :)
