Needed a place for some friends from Colorado to stay the night while visiting. They loved Amber's place and had nothing but good things to say. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a lovely place to stay! Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view from the back of the house. The bedrooms are located in 3 distinct parts of the home so everyone felt they had privacy when needed. It was a great space for our family (with multiple families) to spend time together.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The kids loved the bunk bed room. Everything was lovely and cozy!

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

This home was just perfect for our multiple family holiday. Everything was clean and well stocked. Missy was very responsive and all instructions were clear. Look forward to another stay next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. Very clean, spacious & accommodating to meet our needs. Amenities were wonderful! This would be an excellent home to stay in for a getaway/staycation. The location is beautiful & quiet. I will recommend this home to family & friends!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

This home had so much to accommodate our entire family. From TVs in all rooms so no fighting over what to watch, to board games and card games for the entire family to spend time together, this was the perfect get away for us.

Excellent host, very responsive & helpful, the place was more amazing than expected! A plus was the fresh baked cookies they baked just for us! It made the check-in experience even better <3 Thank you! The whole family had a blast!

Thank you Joe! We were up for a family reunion and have never had to rent something in Heber cause it was home for years and then had lots of family there. We have only one family left there and so had to get a place. It was comfortable and convenient to all our activities. Will stay again for sure!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

Hayden was a great hosts looked exactly like the pictures getting in was very simple and easy Hayden was very responsive to any questions I had ! If your are thinking about it I would definitely recommend !

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

Absolutely loved our mini vacation here!! It was perfect!

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.
