Ben was great and responsive when needed. House was beautiful and very comfy. Really enjoyed our few days there as a family of three.

Tucked into a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood in Greater Manchester, Busola’s place is on a large corner plot with ample off road parking. For my large family it’s been the perfect blend of suburban peace and city convenience. A quick 10-minute drive had us in the heart of the city centre, with easy access to spots like the Northern Quarter and Manchester Cathedral. Uber rides cost under £10, making late-night returns a breeze. This newly renovated home is ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers, this house delivers modern comfort and unbeatable proximity to Manchester’s highlights. We’d happily return—especially for a weekend exploring the city without sacrificing peace and quiet.

Simons home is just as described and shown in the photos, if not even nicer, we couldn’t fault anything. Simon is friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for a few days away and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, à deux pas du stade OLD TRAFFORD, mais aussi du tramway. Facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport, à cinq minutes du centre-ville, l'emplacement est super. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs, l'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Bref, je recommande !

Pauline was most definitely the hostess with the mostest! So friendly and kind. So many gadgets and just everything was catered for. The flowers made the caravan stand out from all the others, making it homely and a lovely spot to sit out in the sunshine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.

Absolutely beautiful & cosy place. Felt right at home and really relaxed. Would definitely stay there again in the future
