In short, book it! Immaculate place, very well accommodated and decorated beautifully. Beds and bedding were very comfortable in both rooms. Master bathtub is huge! Patio is spacious enough to enjoy and you can see the beach though it is perpendicular to the shoreline there is a line of site. Railing is safe for children as is the building and walk paths etc. Very quiet and relaxing. If you want quiet and beautiful uncrowded beaches this is the place. Very convenient crosswalk and bridge to the beach, it truly will take longer to get down the stairs than to walk to the beach. Mexico beach is rebuilding and prides itself on being non-commercialized. Lovely quiet community as it continues to rebuild. There is a beach reclamation project going on (making the beach bigger and forming sand sea walls (dunes) on but it is not disturbing at at all. Lastly, our hosts were fabulous and my girlfriend, son and I will be booking with them again! -Nic

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian’s townhouse! It was very close to the beach and the home was beautifully decorated. Brian was a great host and communicated everything before and during our stay just perfectly! Thanks, Brian for a great vacation!!

Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

We booked somewhat last minute, but it all worked out perfectly! The house was great. Clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. The back patio was a fun addition. We watched a movie out there one evening.

The house is quaint and charming. It’s VERY close to the beach, and having access to the golf cart was a game changer! It was a great place for our son and our golden doodle to just hang out and relax, while we played games and cooked our meals. It was a lovely experience and we’d love to come back to Port St. Joe again!
