Great historic house in the heart of the French Quarter. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. Had a great time and hope to be back.

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

Great place in a great neighborhood we used the trolley and and got our steps in would highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Ricky was great! If there was anything I needed, he was on it. Hospitality at its finest!! The place was amazing and very clean! When I’m in NOLA again, this Airbnb will be my go to.. everytime!!!

Stop searching and pick this place! Im probably in hotels or in an Airbnb 30 or so weeks out of the year and rarely am I as impressed and excited to return as I am for this NOLA gem. The energy is dynamic, great coffee and food options all within a block and you are surrounded by amazing jazz music for 14 hours a day. I could say more but the other reviews capture the essence of it to. Needless to say this is now my forever New Orleans stay.

I had a fantastic stay Jesse's place, Lopez island. 😎 I spent a week in the apartment for carnival through Fat Tuesday. The space is incredibly clean and organized, and the most important thing to me was a comfortable bed and hot, strong shower. I also love the neighborhood, and can get anywhere in the city from the apartment. Mardi Gras was a Blast and I would definitely return to this awesome space. Thanks Jesse. ☮️💜🎶

We had a great stay! The place is clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We were worried about street parking, but had no problems. We were always right in front of the apartment or, at most, two doors down. They are right that the apartment is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in the back, so with white noise it was just fine. We slept really well. I have really bad allergies, but had no problems at all because the house is clean and well-maintained. It's just a few blocks from Whole Foods and Octavia books, so it's a good location. We will stay there again if it's available when we come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. A nice place, not fussy, but had everything we needed. The area is wonderful. Very walkable. Near both the bus stop and streetcar. Lots of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the area at night. I would highly recommend staying at Brian's place for your trip to NOLA.

I had an amazing stay at Owen’s place in the Lower Garden District. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—such a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. It had a cozy, peaceful vibe with lovely greenery that made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was spotless, and the space was incredibly comfortable and welcoming—truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect, with so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was the ideal base for exploring New Orleans. Owen was a great host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this loft for three nights and had a great experience. The space was spacious, clean, and just as described. The bed was super comfy, and Brad was very communicative—he even let us drop off our luggage early while he got the place ready, which we really appreciated. The loft was easy to access and in a great location. The only small downside was some noise from the streetcars outside, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t keep us from falling asleep. Would definitely recommend!

great stay located close to everything. awesome place to unwind and chill the deck is very nice in the morning and evening. and the beds were very comfortable. 5 stars all day.

Maison Baronne met our needs perfectly. The unit not only is beautiful but is located in close proximity to FQ and to nearby restaurants. My wife was able to work one afternoon from the desk while my sons and I ate lunch and explored CBD. Would definitely rent it again. Also, Kelly and her team were very responsive with their communications.

Stayed here for a girls trip and we loved it! Has such a fun and funky vibe, we kept saying we felt like we were in a podcast set in the living room! Very walkable to the French Quarter, but enough distance that it was quiet at night.

I have stayed at Godfrey‘s place several times and will continue to do so. The condo is very clean and Godfrey is a cordial and very responsive host. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants and friendly neighborhood bars. The building itself is clean, quiet, and has several great amenities for those who wish to partake.

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

Very nice location along with some gorgeous features in the home! It was perfect for our quick stay and was everything we needed!

Appreciated the off street private parking. Loved the space in the condo. Vello Properties were easy to communicate with!
