Walker’s place was awesome, very clean and roomy. The location was close to pretty much everywhere. We would stay at this place again.

I had a wonderful time staying here right in the midst of walking distance to many of the places I wanted to explore. This suite was perfectly equipped for a week in New Orleans! Mary was a fantastic and very helpful, caring host. Hope to be back and would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Great location to have both privacy and easy walkable access to various locations. The home itself is beautiful and spacious, and was perfect for two. We absolutely loved the open kitchen and courtyard. Very quick and friendly responses from our host! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Brenna and Nicks place was fantastic. Their communication was fantastic as they are very pro active with all communications and extremely helpful. The place was spotless and extremely well laid out and both bedrooms having king beds was a huge plus. If you stay with Brenna and Nick I suggest you request their list of local suggestions as they have a great list and don't miss going to Turkey and the Wolf which is amazing and only 1 block away.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s beautiful home. I love old, restored homes and it was done perfectly! It’s gorgeous! The beds are super comfortable and it was very spacious and clean. We were there for Mardi Gras and it was only a short 10 minute walk to the parade route. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and cute boutiques are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this home and host, and hope to stay again in the future.

It was our first time in New Orleans and we decided to stay at Joshua's for the weekend. We loved the house so much! It was so clean and felt so cozy. Everything was perfect. We would definitely book here again.

We stayed with Clarisse and Zoe over Mardi Gras. It was absolutely great from start to finish and that's an understatement. Clarisse was thoroughly cool about letting us check in early, and very patient when we screwed up the keypad. She got us in with zero problems and a smile. The entire house is stunning and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is well appointed. I want to know where they got those towels. Both bedrooms open onto the back deck which was wonderful. Be sure to check out Mardi Gras Zone variety store a block away. They have most everything you'd need, and it's open 24 hours. We got an amazing dinner from their deli for $9. Parking on the street was very easy in front of the house, and the neighbors were so friendly. The French Quarter is a mile or so walk, but Uber and Lyft are abundantly available. We will be back again!

Andrea is an amazing host and this place was so great! We came down for Mardi Gras and we were only a short, easy 10 minute Uber drive from the French Quarter! The house is adorable and clean and amazing with everything you need! Andrea is a great host and gave great recs! I highly recommend!!

I really would love staying here again. I am very pleased with my experience. Check in was very easy and hassle free. The home is cozy and comfortable, it's also very clean, it feels just like home. The hosts are very responsive and caring, I loved that they reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The entire home was pleasant and we enjoyed every minute of our trip here.

We had a great stay! The house was so cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant (Toast) for brunch and all of the other New Orleans attractions are a short car ride away. Would definitely stay here again, we really enjoyed our time there!

I stayed here to work the Super Bowl. It was quiet and away from the madness of the city with easy access (about 12-15 min away) from the stadiums and French Quarter. The place is decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, water was hot. Now Nola being in the South, I did find two dead roaches, but this is to be expected. The place was clean, it’s just the way the South is. Courtney was so sweet and kind. I would stay here again!!

This was my first experience with an Air BNB. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. They both were informative throughout the whole process and friendly. The room looked exactly like the picture, beyond clean and spot-free, overly spacious, safe, and private but walkable to the attraction planned. The price was well worth the stay. I recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone inquiring about renting this property. Additionally, my car was safe in the garbage.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond. I was blown away by how incredibly clean and comfortable the place was as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable for my kids iPads and all login information was listed. We also were minutes away from Bobby Herbert's Cajun Cannon restaurant if you want to experience real New Orleans food culture. Being that I'm a New Orleans native that hadn't been home in about 10 years. This was the best location for my family to stay during Mardi Gras. Less traffic and road block. I would definitely stay again.

This is one of my favorite AirBnb properties we have stayed in. It was beautiful! We loved the privacy of having a really spacious apartment to ourselves but also being nustled in the hustle and bustle of the city. We have 2 toddlers and found the property to be extremely family friendly. Loved the exposed brick. Decor was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked. And the parking space in the gated lot was invaluable! We didn't want to leave!

The staircase took some getting used to and; given NOLA history, some events occurred that were remarkable but not off putting. LOVELY set up. IDEAL location. Presented VERY Well and Executed in same fashion. Our Host was keen and responsive throughout which made the experience Much Better than imagined.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

chose this unit due to proximity to the parade routes, Bourbon St, the river areas, and price. also, was not too noisy at night like many other units that had comments about excessive noise from trolleys, loud music, and traffic. this one was fairly quiet.

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

This property was great! Looks exactly like the photos, clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped. Located in the downtown area, there are several restaurants and stores near by. Also not far from Bourbon street but far enough to where your stay is peaceful and quiet. With 24 hour security, we felt very safe. David was helpful, flexible, and responsive. There’s parking next door but be prepared to pay a daily rate of $50+ if parking arrangements aren’t included in your booking.
