Great place and safe neighborhood! Uber and Lyft cheap to anywhere! Awesome place to relax!

The Natchez is a wonderful place to stay in NOLA. It's very walkable with wonderful restaurants and activities close by. Communication with the host was great as they were immediately responsive! The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, and was absolutely perfect for our family! You'll not find a better place to enjoy your stay in New Orleans!

Ben was a great host! Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood was great, within walking distance to Frenchman St. and the quarter if you're able and willing! Had a bunch of bars, stores, restaurants to check out, it can get a little loud at night but we knew that going into it and it didn't bother our group. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when you're in NOLA!

The home was exactly as advertised, very nice with a funky New Orleans vibe. What was unexpected was the perfectness of the location, just up from Frenchmen Street. This area was so much more fun than touristy Bourbon Street. Good restaurants, music, art galleries, even a really good bakery.

The location and space were great. Some amazing restaurants nearby and the host was flexible on check-in and check-out if other bookings and cleaning allowed. If not, they were kind enough to share places to store your luggage nearby if you arrive early. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

Our group of five old college friends could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for us, with appropriate sleeping space, comfortable common areas, and a lovely back yard. Everything was as advertised. The Marigny and Bywater are two of my favorite neighborhoods in NOLA, so the locations was great, and it's easy walking distance to Frenchman's St. and the French Quarter (but also removed from the action a bit). And Franz and Tracy were simply the best - great communicators and incredibly generous and flexible.

Comfortable home that is close to many good restaurants and bars on St. Charles. There is a streetcar stop ~5 minute walk away from the house, which was our main form of transportation. We especially enjoyed the nice bathrooms and the comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

The house was very comfortable and clean and in a great neighborhood. Easy to access the city or relax in the house. Short walk to Tulane to visit campus. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!
