Location worked perfectly for us! Walked to Devonport ferry and zipped across to the city to watch the Sailing… avoided all the hassle of getting into city, finding parking etc. All the advantages of quiet accommodation, beautiful historic buildings, fabulous restaurants and fun trip across the harbour.

Absolutely loved our stay in this perfect spot just minutes from Howick! Ideal for our small family with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. Such a peaceful retreat while being so handy to all of Howick's amenities. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing getaway!

Great neighborhood and peaceful place to rest. Ute and Anthony were so friendly and hospitable! Wish I could have stayed longer! Very cozy open basement concept room under the main house. Bed was very firm. Electric blanket was so great and appreciated! Great shower and beautiful view out on the water!

This cozy little cottage was just right! It is clean and has a real kitchen and a nice garden. We loved the quiet neighborhood with an excellent Greek restaurant just a few blocks away and a terrific deli/coffee shop just a few steps further. The bus stop into the Sky Tower and CBD is very nearby too. Ponsonby Rd is an easy 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants and a movie theater. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a wonderful stay in Auckland! I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend. Very clean and had everything I needed. Comfy bed and great shower head water pressure. Kirk and Justine are great at communicating and friendly. Walkable neighborhood and it felt safe. Had a great time!

This is such a lovely and quiet place to stay at. It has all the necessities and the garden makes you feel like you are somewhere secluded. Very friendly host. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a lovley stay, the privacy back there and the view on the swimming pool was really nice. Takes an hour to the harbour but definitely doable by foot, or public bus, or uber. Thanks for having us!

What a beautiful place to stay! The studio is exactly as described - spacious yet cosy, in a gorgeous garden setting. It’s in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, with easy access to parks and coastline if you’re keen on going for a run. Anna and Dick were friendly, welcoming, and responsive. I wish I could have stayed for longer. Thank you!

We immediately felt at home, the apartment was lovely both indoors and outdoors (porch, view). We stayed for 6 nights and were sorry that we had to leave.

Awesome host. Very friendly & responsive. Gave us the option of checking in early which was appreciated. Nice spacious unit. We had 3 adults staying and it was the perfect size for us. Had a sofa bed in the lounge. Lots of breakfast options which was very generous. Thank you again for having us David and family.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We LOVED this space! It was a quiet, peaceful, great spot that wasn’t too far away from anything. We did lots of walking but everything is really a quick Uber away too. About a half hour from the airport. Zara was so kind! She was very responsive and was around if we needed anything. Great experience, I highly recommend staying in this gem!

This is a well laid out, updated space. More roomy and comfortable than a studio. Super comfy bed, and friendly, helpful hosts. On a quiet street, South of Auckland International, so we didn't even have to drive through city traffic to get to the airport. Just perfect!

It is a nice place. We had good time there. Bridget is very helpful, I communicated with her before the trip that I would like to let my son sleep in our same room, she helped prepare extra mattresses in the bedroom. It is very cozy. She also prepare legos and basketball hoop for my kids, which is very warm. Recommend.

We (family of four) enjoyed our stay at this lovely clean apartment. It is located in a quiet residential area and we found it a great base to explore Howick and surrounding areas. Auckland CBD was an easy ferry ride away. We would happily recommend Kate's place.

We stayed with Russel & Alison after a wedding in Riverhead. Their place was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out with lots of cute amenities. They were flexible with our check in arrangements and were very easy to communicate with. Their check in instructions were easy to follow and the location was perfect. Thanks for having us!

While looking for a place to buy, we booked for 1 week then extended for another week, it's a well furnished, spacious 1 bedroom appartement with a deck, we were able to park both cars off street, everything for a reasonable price. The host couple are friendly and welcoming, they take great care of their guests, we were really pleased to meet them. We would have stayed longer if we could!

Such a peaceful location and very clean and comfortable accommodation. Everything you need - a true home away from home! Julie had even left as plums and biscuits! Would definitely stay there again!
