My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I booked this place because it was ideal for entertaining a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults were able to closely watch them from the balcony and outdoor sitting areas. The guys enjoyed the pool table and bar area which is also located near the swimming pool. The layout of this home was definitely well designed. Everything was just beautiful. We will definitely book again.

Trev went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He greeted us when we got there and walked us through the house showing us all the features. He recommended local places to eat and listed all the close places. He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. The house was better than the pictures and very clean. The house had a fun vibe and we loved our stay. Plenty of space for all seven of us as well. Will definitely be back.

I will definitely be back, hopefully when it’s warmer so I can enjoy the pool. Walked the neighborhood almost everyday and even walked to work at the Terminus building. Excellent location!

Jay was a wonderful host! The place was comfortable, clean, and had a good temperature. The sunrise was beautiful and the birds around were good company as well. Jay was responsive when we asked questions and even made an exemption that helped us a lot! We appreciated the care and attention. We felt safe in the area and loved that it was so close to the airport. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. A beautifully restored historical home. Attention given to every detail. We walked to the coffee shop in the morning. A very easy stroll. There was no need for us to use our car because numerous shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the home. The backyard is private with a pool and hot tub. The front porch is wonderful to sit on the swing and watch the chickens across the street. If you have children, a very nice playground is across the street. This will be our go to place when we come down to visit our grandchildren.

We had a great time. Place was walking distance to shops and coffee. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Staying at KABBLE was a great experience. The home is very warm and my family felt at home there. Thanks for all you did on our visit Kathy. You were very accommodating and super attentive!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home for our Christmas vacation and it was exactly like it was portrayed in the pictures! Everything was clean and put in its place. We felt right at home! The owner was super friendly. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

First and foremost, Kirk responded to any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, it was easy accessing the property and the freshness that hit you once you walk into the house was a plus for my family and me. The house was exactly in order as it's listed on the Airbnb platform. It was spacious, a home away from home great experience! The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The game room was definitely a hit! The entire house was very well groomed and kept well. Cleanliness was superb!!! Charlotte

5 Stars This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I’ve ever stayed in! The host provided clear instructions and greeted us warmly. The house was spotless, just as pictured, and incredibly spacious. The yard was well-kept and added to the home’s charm. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality—after I accidentally left my watch behind, the host went out of their way to return it to me personally. House was so great had everything we needed. It was so peaceful. They accommodated us on your needs. Such a great host.

Michael’s place was great! We had the up and downstairs for our family and it was plenty of space to spread out. The only cons were the staircase between levels was a little tight as was the driveway to get to the parking pad. But we were both in vans and made it fine just take it slow. The separate kitchens and living rooms made it where we could have our own space but get together and hang out too. The house is nestled in this cute neighborhood where you feel out of the city, but is close enough to get to downtown pretty quickly. We also took a quick 30 min drive up to Marietta to go to Flashback Arcade and it was an easy drive and we all enjoyed the old school arcade! Michael was a great communicator and always answered back really quickly and was proactive with giving details and info about check in, check out and info about the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Brittaney did an excellent job overall, was very communicative when I had a question. The place felt just like a home away from home. My Sisters enjoyed their stay and rooms n just loved the house. We were disappointed about the fireplace to have more cozy like PJ n Tell All over drinks but did have an option to do so outside if wanted to with the pit table. More so would definitely rent this place again for sure!

One of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Safe neighborhood and it was exactly like the pictures and descriptions. What really stood out is how nice and responsive the hosts were. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Definitely will be recommending our family and friends when they travel to ATL to stay here.

It was exactly as advertised! The house was perfectly located for our needs. Close to everything but still very private. Beautiful setting, lots a birds (I even seen a bluejay), and very quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Gina’s property is always so clean, thoughtfully decorated, and offers so many amenities. My husband and I enjoy having coffee outside on the patio and cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Gina is a 5⭐️host and is always responsive.
