It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

Stunning quirky Airbnb with excellent fixtures and fittings; huge feature lounge with day beds if needed and private garden / courtyard. Louise was brilliant with queries and even popped round to sort the coffee machine! The little touches and extras made sure it delivered on its luxury status. Nettleham is beautiful but if you’re staying longer or want a restaurant type meal, Lincoln is easy to get too

David has thought of everything you need for a home from home stay. the cottage was cozy and well equipped. Stairs to two of the bedrooms were incredibly steep and narrow for us tall people but we managed. Every board game you could think of, darts and that lovely view with amazing sunrises. Would recommend.

Amazing time at primrose cottage, beautiful area. Sam was really helpful! Couldn’t fault anything at all. Will definitely be returning!

Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

Lovely stay at Bluebell cottage. Peaceful, quiet and picturesque surroundings. Place was super clean, cosy and had everything we needed to cook, etc. Hot tub was a nice treat as were the lovely welcome biscuits and milk - little touches mean a lot. We had a query about how to work the heating and Catherine responded straight away! Nothing bad at all to say!

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay it is in a beautiful location and the gardens are amazing. Accommodation was top drawer too.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cottage. It’s a lovely quaint little place with lots of character. Yes, the road is noisy but i had been made aware and kind of got used to it. Loved the area and would certainly visit again.

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Kookou Cottage for a week and all agreed this was one of the best properties we have stayed in! It felt like being at home, with all the amenities provided. we spent most the week exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds with plenty of dog walks and visiting the local villages and towns. everything is within a short car journey. We had many meals at the Cottage including a Pizza night with use of the Pizza oven, all set out ready. A big thank you to Jade for being very responsive and checking in to see if everything was okay through out the week! such a great service and a perfect little retreat!

Lovely spacious cottage in a peaceful village just outside Lincoln. Easy to walk into Lincoln or there is also a bus if your legs are tired. We were very glad we stayed here rather than the city centre.

lovely cottage and beautiful surroundings. The perfect peaceful getaway and a pleasant stroll into nearby Louth. Saw deer and owls. Gorgeous St Andrews church across the road. Perfect helpful and friendly hosts.

.The cottage is finished to an impeccably high standard, everything you might need and more was provided for. Including a lovely welcome basket which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was quick and informative. We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous., cosy cottage.

Fantastic couple of days at James & Emmas beautiful cottage. The cottage is pristine throughout, even the bed linen & towels smelt beautiful! The goodie basket was a lovely surprise, and the little treats for the boys so thoughtful! Communication was fantastic from both hosts, and the cottage was very easy to find and enter. The cottage is in a brilliant location, just a short walk away from louth town centre…and for days out only 25mins away from Mablethorpe, and 20mins away from Wolds wildlife park. We would love to stay here again, 10/10 ☺️ Thankyou both!

This was a fantastic property and was crisp and clean. We were only in the area for a day and it more or less suited our needs. The check in was easy and Kate, from the shop, very pleasant. There was a nice breakfast basket waiting for us and it was lovely and warm. The 2 bedrooms and en suites are almost identical - I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable as they were a bit thin. It was disappointing there wasn’t a walk from the door where we could take the dogs as the main road was too busy. Some lovely walks nearby though so I wouldn’t entertain paying the £5 to hire a fenced field, that was offered.

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

Bumblebee Cottage is absolutely charming - we had a very happy, cosy week there over Christmas 2024. The cottage is very well supplied - there is everything you could need in the kitchen - and it's perfectly situated - on a very quiet street, but just a minute's walk from the centre of town, so shops, restaurants, pubs, etc are all very close by. If you are visiting with your dog, there's a park at the end of the road where pups can scamper off-lead, and the big Hubbards Hill park is only a few minutes' walk away. The main bedroom has a super-comfy bed - we slept really well. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend Bumblebee Cottage, and hope to visit again. Thanks, Polly!
