Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

A pleasant stay at Casa de Victoria and arranging team bonding activity there. Fully furnished, complete amenities and feels like at home. The most important thing is they have many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Peaceful surrounding for a light morning jogging. Only WiFi connection is slow for 12 people zoom calls. But overall we had amazing & memorable stay at Casa de Victoria! Thank you!

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Couldn’t asked for a better accommodation and host. As a first timer in airbnb, I feel very satisfied! :D From the very beginning, Immanuel has always been very helpful & responsive. He also let me to check on the place first before renting it since I planned to rent it for 10 days. Stayed for 10 days and we had a very very pleasant, comfortable or to be short; feel-like-home experience! The loft is very spacious and clean. Every nook and cranny are placed beautifully making the place look more aesthetic and homey. We love taking photos in the home too since it has a very beautiful natural light hahaha very much recommended for those who search for comfort with a sprinkle of aesthetic🩵 Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I, my husband and our 3 years old son we came from Bali to BSD for 9 days for holidays and we found this house and it's unexpectedly amazing. Shortly, Claudia is the best host we ever had, the way she prepared the house is 11/10. The location just beside tolls, surrounding by many F&B, and convenience stores. overall we were really enjoy our stay and will coming back and referencing to our relatives 🤎🙏🏽 1000% recommended!

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Tolles zentrales Haus für Gruppen. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Wir waren alle super zufrieden.

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.
