Grosseto : locations de vacances en appartement

Loved Ilva's place, was a perfect peaceful stay on a trip between Rome and Florence. Location was easily walkable and a trail head was nearby for a walk around the cliffs as well. Communication was great and patio views were an added bonus. Thank you Ilva!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. And most importantly, dog walking and hiking paths starting directly in front of the house. Great host and communication, nothing to criticise. We will come again. Thank you, Marcella.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andrea's apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the location is great. This apartment is next to the beach and just a few metres from a grocery store, the main shopping street and good restaurants. We arrived by train and it only took us few minutes to reach the apartment. We highly recommend

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, il parcheggio non a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio, e soprattutto il terrazzo. Abbiamo trascorso felicemente tantissimo tempo in terrazzo, per la colazione e per la cena. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve, con una grande lavastoviglie. La permanenza è stata ottima. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Livorno. Die schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus liegt unmittelbar an dem schönen Park der Villa Fabbricotti und war für uns 2 perfekt. Die Piazza Grande mit dem Dom ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Viola hat uns tolle Tips gegeben für Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Clara fue una anfitriona maravillosa y muy educada. Nos esperó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos todo en detalle dentro del apartamento. El apartamento era precioso y nos hizo sentir como en casa ya que tenia todo lo necesario. Incluso nos dejó dos botellas grandes de agua en la nevera. Cafe y te y vamos como si estuvieras llegando de vuelta tu casa. Recomendadisimo.!!!!Volveremos!!!!

La casa è spaziosa, pulita e tenuta molto bene, con tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno. A 5 minuti in macchina dal lungomare e dalla zona dei principali bar/ristoranti ed attrazioni di Porto Santo Stefano. La proprietaria, Simona, sempre molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi bisogno.

Siamo stati ospiti in sei persone. Arrivati la sera l'appartamento corrispondeva a quanto descritto, ben riscaldato e confortevole Il personale cortese, gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, cucina di alta qualità a prezzi accessibili. Esperienza da ripetere

The four of us wished we could’ve stayed longer! The place was beautiful, spacious, and romantic — it gave us a real Tuscany vibe. We cooked, drank wine, and lived the Dolce Vita style. The host was friendly and even shared their balsamic vinegar with us since we forgot to buy some. The price was very reasonable for what we got — no complaints! We’d love to visit again!

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Il casale di Anthony e Jo è un posto incantevole a pochi chilometri da Orvieto e immerso nella natura. L'appartamento è nuovo e dispone di ogni comfort. Jo ci ha accolti in modo magnifico ed è stata sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e fornirci ciò di cui avevamo bisogno (colazione, shampoo e balsamo ecc). Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns in Samueles Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir uns für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen: von gemütlichen Liegestühlen auf dem Balkon bis hin zu neuen bequemen Matratzen in allen Betten :) Der Pool ist groß und schön und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Samuele hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und immer gute Lösungen gefunden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...
