Piscine et cours de tennis génial Grandes tables pour manger dehors Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde On a passé un très bon moment dans cette très belle villa Il manque juste un grand four (il y a un mini four qui dépanne bien) et attention la machine à laver est dans une résidence à côté et payante (4€ la lessive)

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. Siamo stati accolti dall'host, che si è mostrata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. La casa è splendida, organizzata su tre piani (l'ultimo raggiungibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po' stretta), molto spaziosa e accogliente. Dotata di 4 bagni, uno con vasca idromassaggio ed una piccola sauna, di un salotto, una zona lavanderia, uno studio con pianoforte ed una grande cucina che si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino con piscina. È stato lo spazio ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in serenità tra amici e visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. L'alloggio si è presentato in ottime condizioni, con lenzuola appena lavate e kit bagno chiusi e forniti dalla lavanderia. Eravamo in gruppo da 9 e la casa aveva spazi comodi per tutti, sia internamente che sul piccolo giardino esterno. L'host è sempre stato assolutamente disponibile nei nostri confronti, sia in fase di check in che quando lo abbiamo chiamato per consigli o altre motivazioni. Attenzione solo ed esclusivamente alla posizione, molto panoramica ed in un luogo assolutamente tranquillo, ma salire a piedi dalla spiaggia, seppur non impossibile, comporta una passeggiata con decisa salita.

Our stay at Siebe’s property was incredible. Siebe was very helpful and responsive; he answered all of my many questions prior to check in. The home was beautiful, clean, and private. The on site hostess, Daniela, went above and beyond every single day of our stay to ensure we were satisfied. She greeted our family at check in and gave us a thorough tour of the Villa, as well as recommendations for restaurants near by! She was even able to help us book a last minute truffle hunting experience, which ended up being one of the highlights of our stay! The private chef, Davide, was very kind, knowledgeable, and provided us with a meal we will never forget. We absolutely cannot wait to come back soon!

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Valeria’s place was so beautiful. The most amazing view. The house was comfortable and pristine. So gorgeous and we loved doing the wine tour with llaria. She was so sweet and set up all dinners and an amazing driver we used every night. The house was amazing. Hasiba the housekeeper and cook left us a mulberry pie that was out of this world. The gym and sauna were also just a walk away and gorgeous. I high recommend staying here and bringing back lots of wine like my friend and I did.

This is a very comfortable house with beautiful views and a terrific pool. The house really consists of two apartments which works great when traveling with family. The living spaces are not large but work well- we spent most of our time outside anyway. About a 35-40 minute walk into the center of town. Parking in Cortona is tricky, so it’s nice to have the option to walk. Overall, a very good value, comfortable, well-maintained, and easy to use as a hub getting around the small villages of Tuscany and Umbria.

Settimana di vacanza con amici e famiglia di puro relax. La casa ha rispecchiato le aspettative, ampia, spaziosa e pulita. Mare a pochi km raggiungibile facilmente, con poca gente e spiaggie spaziose. La piscina e' la cigliegina sulla torta, permette di rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza, anche con ben 7 bambini. From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Our family enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Our only regret is not building in more time to simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings and amenities the villa provided. Our favorite day was the vineyard tour, personally coordinated and led by Francesca. We visited two local vineyards in the Chianti region, received wonderful tours and explanations of the wine-making process, tasted fabulous wines, and enjoyed a spectacular meal prepared by Elena, with almost all ingredients sourced from her farm and vineyard. Francesca provided excellent guidance and advice as we planned our trip, arranged for drivers when needed, and was very responsive to all of our requests. One note of caution - the mosquitos in the evenings at the villa are pesky, so bring your bug spray.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Willa jest cudowna, duża i przestronna. położona w cichym miejscu z pięknym widokiem na winogronowe drzewa, góry Toskanii. Jeśli chcesz w pełni poczuć atmosferę pięknej Toskanii, ta willa jest idealnym wyborem. Byliśmy tam rodziną z trójką dzieci i dzieciaki nie chciały wyjść z basenu który był podgrzewany do godziny 18. Gospodarz był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Dziękujęmy i już nie możemy się doczekać kiedy znów wrócimy !

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Prachtig ruim huis. Mooi ingericht. Door verwarming en houtkachel in de winter goed warm. Alleen de keukeninventaris behoeft nog wat aandacht 😉. De omgeving is prachtig en super rustig. Heerlijke terrassen. En veel interessante uitstapjes in de omgeving mogelijk. Super om naar het hoge stadje te lopen (ruim een half uur).

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!
