The house was exactly as listed and Dayna was very clear and concise on check in procedures and information before I ever even had a need to ask. Great little house in the area that allowed my family plenty of space while we visited family and participated in a local softball tournament for my daughter!

All the modern day amenities but completely separated from society. Jose/April are incredibly friendly and salt-of-the-earth. Their place is everything and more; the accommodations were perfect. They open the property to be shared and it is GORGEOUS.

The Octo cabin was perfect for our snall family of 3. The loft is perfect for kids! Check in was seamless, the decorations were fantastic! The kitchen was clean and well outfitted for a comfortable, eating in and preparing food stay. This site is definitely on our list to visit again.

This home was so beautiful. It was clean and suitable for everyday living. Would be great for long term stays, but made our short visit that much more worth it. Being able to have the comfort of fairly priced home cooked meals vs. over priced unhealthy fast food was the best, especially with traveling as a family with kids. The host was very Informational and understanding and not pushy; very communicative. The amenities were top notch and will definitely be using this location for future visits to my family that is local to the town.

We loved this place! It was private, quiet, and serene. Had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space was very well thought out and made it an amazing relaxing stay. We were visited in the evening by a cute armadillo — so having a flashlight handy is helpful to see what was making the noise along the fence line. The patio makes a great area for having coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Overall, an amazing experience and very tranquil. Highly recommend for a nice getaway from the city.

Ted’s place is a gem ! We enjoyed everything about it ! Very spacious , cozy , a place to relax & unwind ! We felt right at home. It was very clean & had everything we needed. He has it set up nicely - creek for fishing 🎣 propane grill for grilling , fire pit for s’more’s kayaks / oars , paddle boats , 🛶 life jackets for everyone safety . Kids really enjoyed it ! Very peaceful 😌 We all had a a great time! Ted is welcoming & very good host ! We will come back again ! Thanks Ted cya next time

I honestly feel like this house deserves more than 5 stars. It felt like I was walking into my own house. I must have said oh my goodness this is so cute and cozy 100 times in our 2 night stay. All the extras like board games and a kitchen stocked with literally any tool you would need to cook was so nice. The beds were so cozy and just the whole house inside and out has such a welcoming feel to it. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Spacious and secluded. Open ceiling and large master feel very open. Everything is tidy and very clean. The kitchen is well appointed with French press, coffee maker, kettle and many appliances. Property is off the road and feels private and secluded. Large porch is great for evening sunsets and large enough for little ones play about.
