Una vera esperienza, Asia e la sua Co-host Annia sono delle splendide (è proprio il caso di dirlo) padrone di casa. l'appartamento del villino a disposizione degli ospiti è una vera chicca a due passi da Piazza Caprera e dai servizi. La ristrutturazione di questo capolavoro architettonico è un viaggio nel viaggio. Gli ambienti sono funzionali e comodi, le luci e l'arredamento di gusto e minimalisti, di design ricercato per creare un piacevole contrasto con il pavimento e le mura storiche. La posizione, l'accoglienza e il comfort sono i punti forti di questa unica e irripetibile soluzione abitativa. Un'esperienza che si può condividere con diversi amici, sentendosi veramente a casa. Tornerò certamente Complimenti a tutta la squadra de Amnios Hospitality.

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

We arrived pretty late, even tho the time of arrival was til 20:00, Matteo was very nice to us and allowed us to arrive at 23:00. Before arrival we asked for recommendations and received a lot of good information on what to do and where to go. The House was much-much bigger than on the pictures, the kitchen was big and well equipped, the living room was big enough for a family. House had 2 bathrooms with showers which was very nice suprise for 2 couples travelling. Also the 2 bedrooms were big enough and there were plenty of room. Overall experience was really-really nice, House was amazing, Matteo was super nice! We also managed to fit Cadillac XT4 inside the gates, more than enough room for cars in that size. 10/10 experience, If we were to visit Italy again, definietly would consider re-visiting.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Superbe maison avec jardin manifique à 20 min du Colisée en bus qui passe juste devant. Supermarché 24/24 en face de la maison. Équipement au top !

Non mi è capitato mai di avere a che fare con tanta gentilezza disponibilità confort eleganza raffinatezza anche tutto molto romantico ….. molto raro trovare tutte queste cose insieme!!! Grazie mille

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

I visited Chalet Marmont for the second time. First, alone. This time, with my family: a baby, a child, and four adults. Both times were unforgettable. A spacious house with a backyard is a rarity in Rome, and this one has a unique decor, full of history and very well preserved. Although a car is needed to reach the historic center, it’s well worth it if you’re looking for privacy, warmth, comfort, beauty and attention to detail. The renovation they did to the place turned it into a true work of art. Additionally, you can count on the friendliness, attentiveness, and proactivity of the host, Mario. He was always available to help us with the most diverse requests. The market, just a 5-minute drive from the house, is excellent and has everything you need for great meals. It felt like the old Airbnb days, where you could experience local life and connect with real people, not just a company. Staying here is truly special.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

It’s a beautiful spacious villa that feels very safe and secure. It’s a great spot for proximity to the Vatican however, it’s further from the centre of Rome and to other attractions than we had first thought. Meaning we spent a fair amount on Uber’s during our trip, I’m sure there are buses nearby as another option. The host was very responsive on check-in and check out and when there was an issue with the boiler meaning we had no showers for an evening it was fixed swiftly. The only real frustration we had was the additional charge of €160 to heat the pool for 2 nights, as even after agreeing to spend the money it was never warm enough to swim comfortably which was the main reason we selected this villa for the kids to be able to swim. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and loved our city break in Rome. Yours truly the Lewis’s.

Det är ett fantastiskt hus och framförallt en otrolig tomt med den fina poolen, olika sittplatser och privata läge. Finare än på bilderna!!! Simona är en supervärd som alltid svarar snabbt om du har frågor och gör sitt yttersta för att lösa eventuella problem ✨✨✨✨

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Il soggiorno è stato all’insegna della tranquillità. L’assistenza di Maurizio, Cinzia e Paola e’ stata perfetta e sopra le aspettative. La casa bellissima e comoda, accessoriata di tutto. Arredi interni ed esterni comodi e di design in linea con la casa. La piscina è il giardino curato nel dettaglio completano il tutto aggiungendo valore. Ma la differenza l’ha fatta sicuramente l’accoglienza, l’ interesse e la cura dimostrati, costanti, sinceri e poco invasivi. Grazie!!!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.
