Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

The place was decorated with top notch decor and was spotless upon arrival. The location was perfect. Just a block from the beach and close to everything. Restaurants, coffee shops, etc. would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed :)

A beautiful Gem of a home walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo. It was perfect for the two of us and had all we needed. We will stay here again for sure!

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was easy, and Corey was responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was the view from the windows, but that was a minor issue overall. Would stay again!

My family loved staying here! Randall is amazing! Traveling with our 6yr old daughter and 2 small dogs can be a challenge, but this place exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The washer/dryer/dishwasher made our weeklong stay so much easier. It’s clean with comfortable beds. There are kid-friendly things like toys and books. For our dogs, the fenced-in yard was a huge bonus with enough outdoor space for them to roam safely. There was even dog toys/blankets! The location is ideal, close to great local restaurants like Beerwood, with friendly neighbors. The area is beautiful and safe with amazing kid & dog friendly walking trails nearby that go right along the bay/beach. Just amazing views! The Internet is fast and Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We didn’t want to leave! We will stay here again.Thanks Randall!

We absolutely loved Tyler and Heidi's place! It's in a great location with beautiful views all around, easily walkable to the beach, quiet, and private. The property is updated, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed - cookware, dishes, linens, towels, and toiletries. Communication from Heidi was perfect. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We're anxious to return soon.

We spent spring break week with our children. This place is conveniently located within walking distance of Avila's main street and beach access. The host met us at the location and was very friendly. The home was spacious enough for our family of 5. The area felt safe and peaceful making a great atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. We would stay here again!

best sleep i’ve ever gotten at an airbnb, all the mattress were so soft and comfy! Their tv sound bar quality was exceptionally good too! the house is walking distance to the grocery store which was super convenient and they supplied a lot of fun games like cornhole, board games, cards etc. soaps and shampoos they had were all clean ingredients overall everyone enjoyed the place and it felt like home!

This spot was great! The host is communicative and helpful. Steps away from the beach, clean house, and helpful beach supplies provided. Our group especially enjoyed getting some ping pong going!

I absolutely loved staying here. The child we had with us LOVED the goats and it was a beautiful space for us to stay!! In fact she also has other another air bnb at the same location. When we come out with the rest of my family I will definitely rent both so we can all be in the same place!!

Very nice place kept very clean. The kitchen is in real need of improvement. If you like to cook, consider bringing some kitchen supplies.

This place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for me my husband and my two young children. It was a close walk to the beach! They also had great amenities such as stuff for the baby and lots of games and toys for the kids. The bed was super comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. Maybe next time without the kids.😁

It offered comfort and ease throughout our stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible, with breathtaking views to enjoy every day. We loved that restaurants were just a short walk away, and every meal we had was delicious. We fell in love with Cayucos. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful stay—we can’t wait to return!

Belin was a great host! Returned messages super fast and flexible with check in. The house was super close to downtown Moro bay. We were able to walk everywhere. Instructions are very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location — not far from downtown SLO and quick drive to beaches and other state parks. Also great park across the street with hiking trails, which dogs and kids will love.
