Cozy 2 room appartment in Laax

Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

Located within a 2-minute walking distance are train station, bus, shopping stores, cable car to the Parsenn ski area, cross-country skiing trails, top restaurants. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away.
