Great place and area. The amenities are best in the area and the scenery is spectacular. Anytime your in Santa Ana. You should stay here. No other condo complex is even close. The condo itself was great too. A/C and hot water worked perfectly.

great place. it's right next to a pond filled with ducks and a lot of wild life which makes it amazing. the place has a pool which helps a lot the neighbors usually make it a thing to go to the pool on the weekends which creates a great climate to take your family. the place where the apartment is located, is a small private city with spaces to walk, take a bike or do excersice outdoor. take reusable shopping bags as you will need them to go to the grocery store as Costa Rica emphasizes recycling and climate policies. the apartment is very spacious, great amenities and is very well equipped (kitchen, laundry).

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here!! So many great things to rave about! The views of the mountains are even better in person! I love how cozy the apartment felt and most of all how secure it was!! There was a security officer to let you in at all times. Love the walkability of the place. I was about 10mins walking distance from La Sabana park, several restaurants around the area and could get around easily through walking or Uber. This was my first time doing an extended stay for about two weeks and Cristian & the apt was just perfect! Also very responsive to any questions I had. Don’t hesitate, book!

We enjoyed the apartment. It was a cost effective stay while still being close to attractions. We enjoyed the artistic flare. Checking in was a little challenging, but manageable with the clear photos and instructions. There were issues with the toilet flushing which we found temporary solutions to. Overall, a great place to stay for multiple nights while enjoying Costa Rica.

Exactly what you need for a stay close be the city but not down town. Gil is super nice and responsive. He was flexible and helped us out with any issue we had. The apt. is equipped with everything needed and the view is breath taking.

This place is very new. Absolutely beautiful and super clean. There are many restrictive rules but they are posted so you know. We really enjoyed our stay. Very safe and unique place. The rooftop us spectacular. I highly recommend Ronalds place. We will be back.

The location has cool rooms. I reserved the cinema room and took advantage of the other rooms that were available. James was helpful with giving me the times available to reserve the other rooms. He also provided me with options for dining.

This was our spot for 2 days in San Jose and it was perfectly located right by the airport. Hassle free. The home was clean and up to date with furniture and appliances. They have security so that was a plus for the peace of mind and are very friendly.

Sheyla tiene un apartamento muy bien ubicado, cómodo, tranquilo y seguro. Nos orientó en todo momento. Le agradecemos que nos hubiese recibido sin mucho tiempo para la reserva. Nos salvaste el fin de semana que no podíamos estar en nuestra casa. Super recomendado !!!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Ein sehr schöne, mit Liebe ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Garage und Aufzug waren comfortabel. Bryan hat sich zu meinen Anfragen sofort und sehr freundlich gemeldet.

I've setaying in the Cosmopolitan tower many times, but this was my frist time in Sebastian's place. It was exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable. Sebastian was also very helpful and communicative. Would be happy to stay here again in the future!

El apartamento era muy lindo, tenía todo lo que se necesitaba, había tranquilidad y las instalaciones del edificio preciosas. El único tema es que los baños no estaban muy limpios, o detallitos como ventanas (el marco al abrir), o espejos. Creo que no es culpa del dueño, sino de quienes tiene a cargo para la limpieza entonces aprovecho para que esté enterado. Después de ahí la verdad todo estuvo muy bien, volvería a quedarme.

Josué foi muito atencioso e proativo a todo momento. O apartamento é ótimo, bem igual das fotos.

Ingreso sumamente fácil y mucho más rápido que en otros lugares , vista increíble , con todo lo necesario , excelente opción .

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

This is a nice listing in a very-well located building. Check in/out was super easy and staff are genuinely friendly. Tons of restaurants, shops, Starbucks, groceries... everything is an easy walk away. Very safe neighborhood. Host is incredibly good at responding messages and providing assistance. This building has an actual lap pool (25-m long), which in itself is already a good reason to book this unit!

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

nous avons aimé l’endroit , beau quartier calme et sécuritaire, une piscine magnifique, très belle appartement avec toutes les commodités. Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres . Je recommande sans hésiter.

Leonardo’s place is located in a gated community , security stuff is super attentive of your needs. The place has lots of space , and the kitchen is equipped with amenities for you to cook if needed. The place is as described and very convenient to have food delivered if you prefer.
