Guácima : locations de maisons de vacances

The house was in a private location, the owner and her husband were very responsive. They also had a couple that were there property managers that were able to let us in and check us out. We traveled with a large group and one of our family members forgot something at the house, when I contacted them they then informed me of other very expensive items that were left in their home, they sent me a picture of all of it. The property managers held on to it until we came back through town to fly out, they met up with us to return it and everything was accounted for. Truly a wonderful feeling for such honesty. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Really nice little house. It was pristine clean when we arrived and it was easy to find and check in. Very quiet, peaceful and safe location. We felt very comfortable leaving valuables in the house. The house has a sofa bed which we don’t see in the pictures. The property is well located and the scenic view is stunning. The host is very responsive and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. We have only experienced one problem during our stay. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is very slow and unstable so we resorted to installing an e-SIM on our phones so we can plan our daily activities. I would highly recommend that the Wi-Fi service be upgraded.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable unit for my family of 5. The gated community is nice to walk, and has plenty of amenities (even for dogs). The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. The location was perfect for us, as we were at an Equestrian show less than 1km from the community.

I look to come back,we loved the place and all that was offered. The pictures really don't give the beauty of this place VERY VERY VERY OUTSTANDING I WILL BE BACK

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

El lugar es increíble, es aun más lindo que en las fotos. Está muy bien equipado y limpio. Todas las personas del grupo durmieron muy bien, inclusive el colchón inflable es bastante grande y cómodo. En nuestra estadía por el tamaño del grupo nos dieron acceso a dos villas así que todos los huéspedes tenían su propia cama y baño. La pasamos genial 🙏100% recomendado.

We had an unforgettable stay at Victoria’s house at Las Nubes Atenas! If you’re reading this and looking for a relaxing, beautiful vacation - just save yourself some time and book it. Waking up to the mountain views from our room was awesome. The beautiful bed, well-stocked kitchen, and the fresh fruit straight from the farm were great touches. Everything felt so thoughtfully done. Stunning views everywhere you look. We took advantage of the many services Victoria offered: massage by Andrea, dinner by Rosa, sauna by the pool. We definitely recommend planning to stay at the Airbnb to enjoy it for a few evenings. Victoria helped us arrange a rental car and airport taxi. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her clear instructions. Victoria and Mark were the most gracious hosts—attentive and warm. We will definitely recommend this gem to our friends and family :)

El lugar es hermoso! Fue fácil llegar, y con el clima de Atenas fue como estar en una casa de playa en medio del bosque. La decoración de la casa es muy bonita, está muy bien equipada. Y la naturaleza alrededor es preciosa. La iluminación está muy bien pensada, en especial el camino hacia la piscina con sensores, muy buen detalle. El área de piscina muy completa, con flotadores, sillas, un baño y hamacas. Sí es importante recalcar que el área de pisicina no es accesible; para nosotros no fue un problema subir, pero puede que para otros sí. Y la refri no enfriaba mucho. Pero por lo demás, un lugar increíble. Lo visitaríamos otra vez!

Absolutely loved the place. Beautiful home. Description was accurate. Keep in mind there is someone next to your space in the same building and you can hear them if they make noises (singing, whistling etc). This is in a small city so there are dogs that bark and can be heard in the house, sometimes during the night and early in the mornings. However, we loved the spot and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Great space for the 4 weeks we stayed there. A grocery store with essentials a short walk from the house. Aida’s sister Dinorah kept in touch and checked on us often. She does not speak English but with google translate l we were able to communicate clearly. Definitely recommend.

The view is lovely from this private and secure home. We enjoyed the visits from the next-door neighbour's cat. The walk down to San Isidro took 15-20 minutes and we were able to find everything we needed. The yard was lovely but do take precautions to wear close-toed shoes and check for ticks if you decide to wander the garden. We were happy to have fast and stable wifi. Overall, it's a good home base for digital nomads looking to be outside the big city or the tourist areas.

Andres place was such an awesome place to stay! My wife & I stayed here on our last night of our honeymoon trip. It was really close to the airport and many restaurants and other things places close by. The house was beautiful comfortable and Andres was a really great host to work either way. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.🙂 We had breakfast on the rear deck in the morning and listened to the river it was awesome!

We loved the home and the care takers. Geraldo & Xenia were very kind and helpful. The house and yard are very unique (compared to Michigan). We absolutely would recommend and hope to return.

El lugar es hermoso y aún mejor que las fotos. Una casa amplia con varias habitaciones independientes, cocina super equipada, y unos muebles realmente lindos y camas cómodas. La ubicación es especial. La casa es segura y puedes caminar a restaurantes, supermercado, y también al parque La Sábana. Visitamos con nuestras hijas quienes la hamaca y de la pizarra para dibujar. Mikey fue super atento y nos ayudó con recomendaciones de restaurantes para desayunar. Volveremos cada vez que necesitemos quedarnos en San José.

The Eco casa Airbnb was perfect for our family. We traveled with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. We could easily get to and from the airport. We walked to restaurants an a Fresh Market grocery. The house was clean and well appointed. The shower and fluffy towels, and well furnished kitchen were much appreciated.

Home is extremely secure and it has a peaceful surroundings, once your there you forget that you are actually in the city. Our host was extremely communicative, and welcoming she was kind enough to provide my family and I with some organic eggs and organic bananas that are grown on the propery. There's a few friendly pets on the property which is pretty cool. Our stay was great, the house is clean and we felt safe.

This was a wonderful location. The neighborhood was quiet and just 10 min from the airport! It also was nearby a wonderful shopping area, parks, and a mall. It was spacious and very warm and inviting. We especially appreciated the many bathrooms and bedrooms - and the outdoor space was incredible. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, and we loved the openness and flow of the home. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Cristina's! It was only an overnight stay but Cristina was very accommodating to our very late evening arrival and even graciously offered a late check-out the next day. Although, we didn't stay for long, our 22-month old and 3 year-old had the best morning playing in the sand pit, the playground, and the enormous yard. Wish we stayed longer. We'll definitely try and come back!

Beautiful home that offered some peace and quiet from the busy area. Vanessa was a great host and very easy to get in contact with.
