Guácima : locations de vacances avec piscine

The house was in a private location, the owner and her husband were very responsive. They also had a couple that were there property managers that were able to let us in and check us out. We traveled with a large group and one of our family members forgot something at the house, when I contacted them they then informed me of other very expensive items that were left in their home, they sent me a picture of all of it. The property managers held on to it until we came back through town to fly out, they met up with us to return it and everything was accounted for. Truly a wonderful feeling for such honesty. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

La casa tiene todas las comodidades que uno necesita, con una hermosa ubicación y vista La casa super limpia amplia todo en excelente estado a mi familia y a mí nos encanto un lugar lleno de paz y relajante nos sentimos muy cómodos !! Y los anfitriones super atentos a cualquier cosa q necesitáramos muy amables !! 😃

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable unit for my family of 5. The gated community is nice to walk, and has plenty of amenities (even for dogs). The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. The location was perfect for us, as we were at an Equestrian show less than 1km from the community.

Tracy was such a kind host, and I loved getting to know her a little throughout the week. She provided recommendations on the surrounding area, and answered questions right away. The pool and overall property are amazing! We had all the amenities we could ever need. We had the AirBnB all week while we drove around the island and stayed at two other locations. Only negative was that we didn’t get to sleep every night in the comfy beds and peaceful home! Absolutely loved it!

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

El lugar es hermoso! Fue fácil llegar, y con el clima de Atenas fue como estar en una casa de playa en medio del bosque. La decoración de la casa es muy bonita, está muy bien equipada. Y la naturaleza alrededor es preciosa. La iluminación está muy bien pensada, en especial el camino hacia la piscina con sensores, muy buen detalle. El área de piscina muy completa, con flotadores, sillas, un baño y hamacas. Sí es importante recalcar que el área de pisicina no es accesible; para nosotros no fue un problema subir, pero puede que para otros sí. Y la refri no enfriaba mucho. Pero por lo demás, un lugar increíble. Lo visitaríamos otra vez!

From start to finish Tracee was a great host. She communicated very well, even though we do not speak much English. The site said she communicate in about 4 hours. That was not true at all. It was more like 15 minutes. She sent all the documentation to get in to the gated community. She is a great communicator and did everything in her power to make our stay worthwhile and peaceful. The price was very reasonable also for the two bedroom, two bath villa. Thanks Tracee for all the help with everything.

This was our first time in Costa Rica, so we were a little intimidated about staying in the heart of a big city. However, from start to finish we had a wonderful time! The condo was easy to find and located next to a ton of restaurants, bars, markets, museums parks… I could go on but there was so much to do we couldn’t fit it all in during our 3 night stay. The property was clean, beautiful, safe and private. As for the host, Karil, he was fantastic as well. He contacted us with very thorough instructions prior to our arrival, as well as a litany of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I would stay at a property owned by Karil again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough! 5+ stars and we would love to stay here again if we are ever back in San Jose!

This apartment is super clean and safe. It is 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport. There are also great restaurants close by. We felt super safe and comfortable. We would stay again.

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

Close to everything. Visit the park and mall. It’s worth it.

Great place for 4 people, amazing amenities (gym, pool), very clean and great building

Noman is great to work with. Most important was bed comfort. It was fairly clean. It is very good value. Good enough, not the Ritz but if you want quiet, clean, order, value, safety, convenience, peace well-equipped, and superb response, highly recommend Norman's place for the cost. It's nice.
