We had an amazing one night stay after getting in on a late flight to SJO. It was so close to the airport and felt like an oasis in the city. It was a great value for our money. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

About 20 minutes from the airport. Spectacular views both at night and during the day. Very private and secure behind two gates.

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Casa Peces is a beautiful property in a private and secure neighborhood. Jessica was very helpful offering recommendations on local eats and attractions. She always made sure the house was nice and clean, and even offered to cook for us. I highly recommend Casa Peces for anyone the travels to Santa Ana.

Very spacious traditional home 2 blocks from Alajuela Cathedral and close to multiple restaurants. Clean, serene with an internal courtyard, and just what we needed after a long, multi-segment international flight into San Jose airport

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Sin duda, el mejor alojamiento que descubrimos en nuestras vacaciones en Costa Rica. El precio calidad es muy bueno. El lugar tiene todo lo que necesitas, esta tal cual cómo lo describe Karla, quien fue muy amable al recomendarnos datos que les solicitamos. Si vas a San José, este departamento te vendría increíble.

Un lugar muy agradable, limpio, seguro y bonito

This is my second stay at one of Carlos Y Sofia's units. The area is very quiet. The gated property has 24 hour security. Security will provide you with the keys when you arrive. There is no air conditioning, but it generally isnt needed in San Jose. I would stay again.

Excelente lugar, en una zona segura, bonita y con acceso rápido a restaurantes, parques, supermercados y muchas otras actividades. Arif estuvo siempre en contacto y me facilitó toda la información que necesité. Quedo muy agradecido.

Le URBN est l’emplacement idéal pour un séjour à San Jose dans l’excellent quartier Barrio Escalante. L’appartement est propre et confortable. L’entreprise qui administre le logement (Bük) est très efficace, rapide dans ses communications et flexible dans la gestion des arrivées/departs. Il y a un gym bien équipé et une piscine. Assurez-vous également de vous rendre au dernier étages dans les salles communes pour une vue spectaculaire sur la ville lors du coucher de soleil.

This place is wonderful and the host was amazing as well: respectful, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely like to stay in this place again!

Guido gave us detailed instructions for check-in and was really helpful with a last min request. View of the studio is nice and the building staff are great. Good location too!

Todo perfecto, solo un motivo sobre le Internet, aunque creo que es problema con el País, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Ingreso sumamente fácil y mucho más rápido que en otros lugares , vista increíble , con todo lo necesario , excelente opción .

Everything was great

This was our spot for 2 days in San Jose and it was perfectly located right by the airport. Hassle free. The home was clean and up to date with furniture and appliances. They have security so that was a plus for the peace of mind and are very friendly.

Amazing stay. Beautiful view. Safe area. Responsive and accommodating host. 10/10 recommend!

Jorge the host was just great . I always travel to San Jose CR so I know what to expect. The views the city etc but what really made my visit different this time was how great the host was excellent help me with everything I needed and beyond
