La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Lovely stay at Walter’s place. He is a wonderful host. Place immaculate and could park outside with ease! Highly recommend!

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanko z ładnym widoczkiem, a gospodarz jest mega pomocny, odpisuje od razu na wszystkie pytania. Polecił nam miejsca, które warto zobaczyć i jak się do nich dostać polecam pobyt u Jacopo! 😊

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Ottima esperienza, molto consigliata

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

The location is strategic just right on the historical centre. Buses to the train station are nearby and it's a walking distance to the mini metro. Simone was very helpful and the communication was effective. The price is reasonable and overall I recommend this place.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Beautifully decorated, exactly like the images. Felt very cosy and the place was extremely clean. The location is excellent for those who want to travel to other places from Perugia.

Casa a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. A 5 minuti c'è una pasticceria favolosa, dove l' host ha anche predisposto degli sconti per i suoi ospiti, così come in molti altri locali e negozi della città. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione, ci ha fatto trovare l' occorrente per la colazione e un regalino per il compleanno del mio compagno. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per la cucina, pentole, stoviglie e anche olio, aceto, sale, caffè... un forno a microonde, uno scalda pizzette, un altro fornetto, i fornelli a gas... insomma davvero tutto! Che dire poi del caminetto e della fantastica zona spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e doccia con cromoterapia! Un sogno! Anche i riscaldamenti funzionano perfettamente, cosa importante se si va in autunno - inverno. La casa è arredata con gusto, silenziosissima, e circondata dal verde. Perfetta per visitare Perugia sia in macchina che a piedi. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe!
