A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

We stayed for 8 nights and everything was perfect. The complex is very clean and so close to the action of samara (beach, restaurants and supermarkets). It has great amunities and there are special attentions that are very worthy (they provided beach chairs and boogie boards). The owners are very accessible and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. I highly recommand booking at dos mangos if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Sámara.

Un lugar precioso, privado, rodeado de naturaleza. El hospedaje estaba muy completo, pudimos cocinar y disfrutar del clima. Incluso vimos monitos desde el balcón. Sin duda repetiría mi estancia, el host super amable y dispuesto a apoyar con recomendaciones y sugerencias locales. Nos encantó.

Un excelente lugar , llegamos y todo estaba limpio y ordenado, el lugar muy seguro y muy tranquilo esta ubicado en un excelente lugar para trasladarse a cualquier playa de la zona y tiene la comodidad de tener supermercados y restaurantes cerca , en general fue una linda experiencia disfrutar de un fin de semana ahí, 100% recomendados

There are only 2 washing machine and drier, one of each, and one pair is run through an app and one pair is run by a card provided by Marco but you have to go to the gate and load it for about $4 for 2 loads which is not bad but it's always busy and it's in a separate building by the pool.

Erica’s place was very nice and comfortable and safe. The deck was a perfect place to eat meals or read. I loved how close it was to the beach and shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Sámara I would definitely stay again.

The best part about this Airbnb is its proximity to the beach and restaurants. You’re a 3 min walk away from everything and roots cafe is right around the corner!

Ilfido und Arelys sind die perfekten Gastgeber, freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sie haben uns mit dem leckersten Obst versorgt. wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Ihnen übernachten. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Außerdem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur.

We had a phenomenal stay here! We had a private balcony, large airbnb and access to all the amenities (tennis, pickle ball, pool, ice plunge). We were a less than 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. There was no noise and the AC was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again

We had a great stay at Diego’s place. They were very responsive and we were able to leave our luggage when we arrived early. The apartment is surrounded by rainforest, with big windows everywhere. There are a few restaurants nearby, or it’s a 10 minute walk down a steep hill into Santa Elena, with lots more. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a small kitchen. There is currently development going on the road to expand the road, but this stopped by the evening, so minimal noise issues! We would recommend the apartment!

Overall great place. Would stay here again. The balcony is basically shaded all day which I liked. There are plenty of other places at the pool or beach with Sunshine! Also, there is a full view of the pool from the balcony so I could watch the kids from there as well as a descent view of the beach and ocean. Washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus.

Nice and modern apartment, located in a very beautiful section of the valley with great views of Lake Arenal. Tanyia and Rod were also very friendly and provided us with a list of local attractions.

Spectacular. This is an oasis in what seems like the middle of no where. We walked to Playa Conchal while both Playa Real (Sunsets to die for) and Playa Minas (want a white sand beach virtually to yourself) were only a few minutes by car. The pool is very refreshing and probably (86°F). Our room had it's own secluded outdoor space that had a couch, gas BBQ, glass table and hammock. The room also had it's own beach chairs (2), boogie boards (2), bikes (2) in excellent condition and a good sized cooler (for beach days). The room itself was very nice with a full kitchen, bathroom, and large Jacuzzi tub/shower. The grounds are very well maintained and the owner Andrés is all about making the place a chill vibe and he has succeeded. Make sure that you visit the pool at night to see the special little lighting touches that have been added to the gardens to make them dance with pseudo fireflies!!!! This is a lush jungle setting even in the driest of locations.

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. Nice building in a great location with a nice pool area, quiet and just away from the city centre. Furnishings in the unit are a bit dated and blinds are see through so when the sun is up, so are you. Some great restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well.

Good stay and great host, very helpful throughout the two weeks and offered complimentary cleaning and laundry services. Location wise, it is up a very steep hill so maybe hard for some people in walking around town but was just fine for us. You do hear some of the noise from town and there were several parties in nearby rentals throughout the week, but only one that disrupted our sleep until 3:30am. The host was very helpful in contacted authorities to try to remedy the problem, and all other nights were very relaxing and peaceful. We also enjoyed the pool and seeing the howler monkeys.

Best AirBnb experience we have ever had! Elvis greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered numerous recommendations based on our interests from restaurants to zip-lining. Not only did he follow-up by messaging us immediately, all of his recommendations were fantastic AND he booked the excursions for us so all we had to do was show up, pay, and enjoy. The property was gorgeous. Huge room, fantastic king-sized bed with beautiful linens, a wonderful Jacuzzi for two with candles and lots of thick extra towels, nice kitchen with great coffee, and beautiful grounds with an easy to access hiking trail. Plus, the location is quiet and very safe and secure. Great location. The night hike was meters away and there were several good restaurants within walking distance. Santa Elena, the main town, and the parks were about a 10 minute drive. If you are coming to Monteverde stay with Elvis for a fantastic experience!

I’ve been trying to find the words to describe how special this place is but it’s just impossible. The photos don’t come anywhere close to doing it justice. I've seen insane sunsets on Halong bay in Vietnam, on the northern California coast, on Kauai but this took the cake. The place itself is spotless, has everything you need and so many sweet touches. Jose is incredibly thoughtful, the communication was top notch. we will be back in costa Rica just to stay here! Its worth every penny and more.
