Our stay at this Airbnb in Joyuda, Puerto Rico, was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, spacious, and felt just like home. We especially loved having direct access to the ocean and appreciated the double-person kayak the property offered—it made our trip even more memorable. Although there was a power outage in Puerto Rico during our stay, the house’s generator ensured we were comfortable throughout, which was a huge relief. The views from the house were breathtaking—waking up to the ocean view every morning was an unforgettable experience. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions or requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly space to relax and unwind. It was the perfect place to ring in the New Year!

Ricky’s place was as described—spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a late-night dip in the pool. There were mosquitoes in the house because the bathroom window had no screen. Also, there was a beeping noise every 10 minutes during the night, possibly from a neighbor’s place, so light sleepers should be aware.

Siempre que voy a PR me quedo en Joyuda (tengo raíces familiares en el área), y más específicamente en este edificio. Lo conozco bien porque me he hospedado en cuatro unidades distintas. Este apartamento es, por mucho, el mejor de todos los que ha alquilado. Es amplio, cómodo, accesible, seguro, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una experiencia excelente. Lo recomiendo y ¡espero regresar pronto!

Muy buena estadía, cómodo, limpio y cerca de la playa y muchos restaurantes. La picina excelente. Lo unico es cuando uno se baña el agua se sale y se tiene que estar mopping cada vez. Y mi mas grande sugerencia tener un plancha por cada apartamento. Uno anda de vacaciones con la ropa en maletas. pero si volveria a quedarme aqui.

El primer día estaba perdida pero ya luego todo bien le escribí tardo pero encontré el lugar más toallas por lo demás todo bien súper algo de ruido en las mañana gracias

Es un paraíso para descansar y re-conectar. Tiene una vista al mar espectacular. El apartamento es muy cómodo y hermoso. Cuenta con todas las comodidades y artículos para llevar a la playa. Gracias por los detalles. !Volvería otra vez!

Great stay in Cabo Rojo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Loved the quiet location and easy access to beaches and restaurants. Dixie was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Luis was an exceptional host! He was very responsive, proactively and also when we had a question. The house is gorgeous with stunning views. He thought of all the details, from the toiletries to a paddle board and two kayaks, and many life vests. It was so much fun to take the family out on the water. The pool was great as well and the kitchen has everything you need.

Lamentablemente nuestra estadía fue muy corta , pero puedo decir que el apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo. La cocina tiene todo lo básico para cocinar, las camas son cómodas y la sala espaciosa. Tiene un balcón muy acogedor y perfecto para desayunar y relajarse. El edificio es tranquilo y está bien mantenido y limpio. Carlos fue muy amable respondiendo todos mis mensajes prontamente y proveyó todos los detalles de forma muy clara. Jessica, también fue súper atenta y cordial. Si regreso a Cabo Rojo me quedo nuevamente en este apartamento y definitivamente lo recomiendo.

My husband, I and my family found this accommodation extremely satisfying. The view from the condo was beautiful which included sunsets at your finger tips! The large wrap around veranda was a great addition to the spacious, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable which was quite important for our 2 month stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our frequent in house cooking. An abundance of towels were available for our stay. Everything you might need for a good beach vacation was provided; chairs, umbrellas, water floats, cooler, beach blanket, etc. We appreciated it all. The local beach was a short walk from the complex. Dorkas was a very responsive host and acted in a timely fashion to any requests we had during our stay. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dorkas was there to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return for another winter getaway in the future. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

This was our second time staying at Walter’s place. We love the location and laid back vibe of the place. It’s very comfortable and works well for our family.

Fantastic location, next to some of the best beaches! Really enjoyed the balcony, with lots of shade, and a great view. And the hammock, of course! Playa Buye is a 5min drive, or less than 30 min hike along the beach. Great location to explore other areas as well. For those not afraid of the woods, highly recommend hiking Charco El Pilon. Pargueras Bay is close, as are many other nice places. Would love to come back!

Beautiful place, very clean and super convenient location. Having kayaks gave us the flexibility to find adequate places to swim in the area. We appreciated the generator and batteries that provide alternate power when it goes out. Being at that location does come with the disadvantage of street noise which on Saturday which can go into the morning hours. Overall a great experience.

Excellent place right on a calm beach. Water was shallow and sandy quite a ways out. Unit is just the right size for 1 to 2 people. Great construction - could not hear the neighbours above and beside us. However we could hear the cars on the road in front during the night and morning since the road is fairly busy.

Maria was very responsive and helpful while we were staying. The place is beautiful at a very fair price. Would absolutely recommend!

Just as described. Doors open up to a beautiful beach. We kayaked to the nearby island. Great fishing and booking again in December.

The apartment was designer perfect to maximize relaxation and well stocked. Everything we needed was included per listing. The ocean view was priceless. The host, Mary, was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our trip. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for easy access to amazing beaches, golf and excellent restaurants.

The place is right on the beach, the view is gorgeous. It is very close to really beautiful beaches. The deck is beautifully designed. The entire place was very comfortable and extremely clean. My only suggestion would be to change the bedding. The bed was a bit too soft for me and the sheets were thin, the pillows too need some attention. Everything else was excellent. The communication was easy
